My son loves this says that they are very durable. He is a roofer up-and-down ladders and he is very hard on shoes. He said they’re easy to work in and keep his back from the day.

Shoe is well constructed for my wide foot.

The test of time usually tells all these new balances are going on three years old. Still looks brand new no Tears, no rips , and super comfortable they are my go-to shoes.

Size and fit were good. grateful i dont need the arch support of the 1540s anymore. I like them and the price was great.

I normally wear a size 9.5 but this shoe appears to run a little small and I needed a size 10. It is lightweight and offers awesome comfort and support. So much so, I will order another pair!!

I have been wearing New Balance running shoes for many years and each year the new models get better and better. The Arishi v4 is light as a feather. Like walking on a cloud. I needed to order this shoe a half size larger than my normal shoe size for the best fit.

I wear these shoes around the house, for indoor workouts, and for running errands around town. They are extremely comfortable, lightweight, fit to size, and are very reasonably priced. I have purchased several pairs of Arishi’s over the years, in previous versions, and worn them nearly daily. The version 4 may be my favorites in terms of comfort and ease of putting on and taking off. When they are laced a little loose, they can be put on just like a slipper even without untying. I have 4 pairs of the version 4’s and absolutely love them. Bargain priced, reasonably durable, and fit even someone like me with a size 14 fairly wide foot! I highly recommend these shoes for light duty wear. If you are looking for shoes to run a lot of daily miles on pavement then NB makes several running shoes (e.g. 860’s, 880’s 1080’s, etc.) at much higher prices, that are far superior. I wouldn’t select these shoes for logging a lot of miles. However, for their intended use, the Arishi v4’s are hard to beat.

My son loves it

This particular New Balance shoe style is the most comfortable shoe I've ever bought. I use them mostly for walking, and I never come home with tired feet. They fit me perfectly, and are cushioned perfectly. I have an older NB pair, different style, and I've even used glue on the soles to make them last longer! Thank you, Zappos, for offering this brand. Four stars.

Pretty comfortable

These fit well. My husband finds it odd that they are sized "D", because he has a very narrow foot. A size "D" usually implies a shoe which is suited for a wider foot. However, these work for him.

fits great

My 12 year old son wears these every day to school on PE days when he needs athletic shoes and a nice casual shoe for the rest of the day. He’s a runner and enjoys comfort the whole day.

I've got big boats. Size 13 and usually need an extra wide (4E). New Balance almost never fails to deliver in this regard and these shoes are a perfect fit for my boats. These are replacing a pair of v880's that were several years old and tattered. I don't expect them to last longer than a few years but for the price and fit it's hard to beat. If you've got big feet and want a good looking sneaker look no further! These will be wide enough!
