I am incredibly happy with these versitile pants. Good looking and easy to care for.

I've been looking for a great pair of light weight pants to wear under my FRC's. These pants definitely get the job done by keeping me dry all day and comfortable while working.

Awesome, lightweight pants for hiking , fishing and just for comfort. Fit was good and probably will use for golf on cold days.

Very light weight comfortable pant. Perfect for Air travel. The built in plastic belt buckle eliminates removing the belt at security.

Have bought several silver ridge products, including cargo, utility, and convertible pants, and a 2.0 long sleeved shirt. I've liked them all. The website on my PC screen tends to show slightly darker than they are in person. The website descriptions are a little sparse on the differences. FYI cargo is regular fit with slightly wider leg openings at the ankle. It has large zipper pocket on left leg and large velcro flap pocket on right. Both back pockets have velcro flaps. They do NOT have the loops at bottom of flaps like website pictures show. The convertible and utility are straight fit so leg openings at ankle are a little slimmer. The convertible side pockets are same setup as cargo, but are much higher due to placement of zip off legs at the knee. Both cargo and convertible hand and back pocket linings are polyester webbing material. Both are 100% nylon shell. The cargo pant in tusk came with olive colored belt, not black as website pictures show. The utility is different in several ways; the belt is much wider with larger buckle, The left leg pocket has a vertical zipper facing front. The hand pockets have a tighter webbing, and the back pockets don't have webbing. The back right pocket doesn't have a closing or flap. The crotch has several small round vent holes. The material is 100% recycled polyester and has 2x tighter rip-stop weave.

My last pairs of Silver Ridge lasted 5 years and I wore them daily. They never frayed or tore in all that time. I have hiked Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, California, Utah, and Arizona. These are the best you can buy and light as a feather.

Best hiking pants on market. I wear them daily for 5 years before I bought new ones. Great for hiking in the National Parks, Fishing, Hiking, Camping and I even wear them in winter time which is amazing to think such light weight pants with base layer on could keep you warm but they did even on the Rim Trail of Grand Canyon during the Blizzard we had here at the Grand Canyon. I have hiked in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, California, Utah, and at The Grand Canyon in Arizona. Nothing beats these pants and the price is right.

I've been hiking through the National Parks since 2018. I have been camping and living in the parks since that time. I bought these style hiking pants in 2018. They lasted 5 years and I wore them daily. Never did they get torn or frayed in the 5 years. My pockets finally wore through and I purchased 3 new pair and I am sure they will last me at least 5 years. I hiked in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, California, Utah, and Arizona. I often tell people how durable these pants are and they are as light as a feather too.

I've had 3 pairs of these pants for several years now, and never had any issues. They're light, roomy and water resistant. The ones I bought came with a 36" inseam, for whatever reason, Columbia isn't offering the 36" inseam anymore??? I guess they don't like taller people?

I purchased these pants in both the zip-off and non-zip-off models for an extended trip to southeast Asia. Three countries and 30 days later these pants, like the others I have purchased over the years from Columbia have been impressive. They wear like steel surviving daily wearing where I sat, hiked, climbed in and out of long boats, tuk-tuks, taxis, busses, through remote villages, along muddy tracks, and repeated washing in sinks and the occasional clothes washers. The hot humid climate created a thermal challenge but wearing shorts was not an option given all manner of biting insects that carry a variety of nasty diseases. These pants are super lightweight and fast drying. Most stains came out in the wash and those that didn't, probably wouldn't come out of any fabric.
