The bag came in flattens and creases. Waites for a month for the creases to straighten but no difference yet. On call customer service, the response I received was really that was not expected from a luxury brand customer service. Options provided would be even more inconvenient than the faulty purchase. Tory Burch should used better shipping service and not cheap ones in which to save on shipping they crush the item to make the parcel small and save on shipping. Ultimately its the customer who has to compromise. I had great experience shopping online on coach and Michael Kors, where the shipping came in well packed boxes and the items looked as great as they looked in stores.

My girlfriend uses every where.She has the larger one as well.She loves the light weight and the amount of room it has. She sports it at grandkids games so she can carry goodies for them.And the best she looks good using it she gets lots of compliments on it

The package came in all crushed and the creases would not go off the bag. Tried hanging it for a while by stuffing papers in it but the creases are permanent. I wish they shipped it in a box instead of cheap courier service where the bag was folded and crushed in a small envelop kind of box. On calling customer service, the response was very inconsiderate and did not get solution.

Love this Purse! I would have liked the handles to be a little longer so it can hang on my shoulder. Its a bit uncomfortable. But its a very fashionable and pretty purse, good quality :)
