I love this bag! It’s the perfect size and comfortably holds all my essential items: an iPhone 13 pro max (in a bulky case), a pair of readers and sunglasses, a small credit card holder, a key fob, a pen, several tubes of lipstick and a roll of mentos. The color is simply gorgeous and the quality of the leather and craftsmanship is what you’d expect from the Tory Burch brand. The customer service at the store in Garden state NJ was very poor, they treated me poorly, just because i want to have an exchange, they werent nice and they will make you feel embarrassed, no care about the customer at all, i was very disappointed with their customer service especially the spanish girl and the white girl that looks like a manager. I spent so much, just to have a nice bag, i dont deserve to be treated like that. And also they were very confusing about the price, I asked the white girl how much was the bag and she said that its $319 since its sale but the spanish girl was charging me $399 for it but i tried to tell her that the other employee said that it was $319 but she kept on insisting that she knows how much it cost and i end up paying for that price but when i came home, when i checked the tag it was really $319 and now i have no time to go back to store since i am always busy for work, i was really upset to them.

Just received the Kira small in lemon swirl. Love it,,,,larger than I thought it would be. The customer service at TB store in Greenwich conn went above and beyond after I phoned the store as it was sold out on line. These sales are fantastic.

I got the Kira chevron small convertible shoulder bag in apricot and I couldn't be happier with the choice! I wanted it in black but the apricot one turned out to be a lot more uncommon and flattering. The bag is perfect as a convertible shoulder bag. I have worn it cross-body style, as a shoulder bag on a long chain, and carried it as a bag with two handles. It looks great each way! Would definitely recommend.
