all was great, only I have a pin on my right toe, and it was hitting right where was the hem of shoelaces. it was painful, and this style did not fit me unfortunately.

These are adorable shoes. I have only worn them twice due to them hurting my feet. The part of the shoe where the laces are, press into the top part of my feet. They might just need some more time to break in. I haven't written them off completely at this time as I hope the more I wear them, the more they'll soften up. I've never had to break in any of my other uggs. It's possible I might have a defect.

I usually love Uggs, but even though I chatted with someone at Ugg before ordering regarding the size, I still got the wrong size. I had to go ahead and wear it because I was on a trip and didn't realize it until I was out of the country. Otherwise, I would say it is comfy and held up well to lots of rain and cold.

The shoe is nice looking but runs narrow so I returned it. I'm still waiting on my credit card to be refunded .

Definitely keep feet warm and dry but I'm on my feet all day, after a few hours of wearing them my feet are sore. So not for all day wear. Heel area especially....
