Let me preface by saying I have other UGGs that I love. These were very lacking. The toe box is extremely short in depth. The sole is very thin and offers little to no support. I can feel the smallest item if stepped on. I was extremely disappointed in these and will be returning them. I was extremely excited because finding 12w is rare, but my excitement has been extinguished:(

I liked the design of the shoe when I saw it online but it's a little thin and the fabric isn't as appealing when you put it on as compared to the classic Ugg boot. If you're a huge fan of the classic and want to try something new, this shoe is likely not for you.

The size 11 were WAY too narrow. I optimistically tried a size 12, which fit better, but there was no arch support, so still rejected. At least returning them was not a hassle.

It is extremely difficult to put this boot on. Back of boot collapses when putting boot on. Very disappointed as I have other Ugg boots.

Wife wore it twice and the Buckle stitching came off. She tried to fix it, but why bother. It will just fall apart again. DO NOT BUY UGG SHOES
