I have very small feet I wear a size 5, and this is the hardest shoe i've ever had to put on. The lining in the front makes it had to just slide your feet all the way in, 20 minutes. a shoe horn, and a pair of stockings I was able to put the shoe on. You can not put this shoe on with no coverage on your feet you will need socks on. I was close to sending the shoes back because it was suck an hassle but once the shoes were on they are the cutes. I love them, I think they will get easier with time but you'll most definitely need a shoe horn, maybe they should send one with every pair, PRETTY SHOE THO!!!

While I wish this was a short and not a mini the platform is just as comfortable as the normal Ugg but so much more stylish!

I love the platform! I would buy again if they made them in the Classic Short! The mini makes my feet look huge but maybe because my legs are boney and I ordered a size too big. Didn't know what size to purchase because I'm just starting my Ugg collection.

The heel is not reinforced. That means when you stand in these platforms the part where your heel is compressed more than where your toes are, because all your weight is over your heels (and I'm only 120lbs). Therefore your toes wind up higher than your heels. I've waited years to buy these and I love the look but walking in them is like walking in sand.

I purchased a size 9 and they are really big. I know once I wear them they'll be even more looser. Was kind of difficult sliding my foot down inside the boot as well. Returning

Ugg seems to be cherry picking reviews as they didn't post my other review on these boots so I'll try again.I do think these are stylish (hence 3 stars) however I'm super disappointed in ugg on the quality. These are nearly the same price as the classic short boot ($10 less) and they are not twin face sheepskin! The suede feels stiff like the koolabura boots and the fur on the inside is lyocell and recycled wool which is already wearing away under the heels after a few uses. Please for the price, offer these in the same twin face sheepskin material we don't want your recycled uggplush and marked up koolabura outer lining. It feels like a rip off and cheap in my opinion.

The top shaft is tight fitting and I have to squeeze my feet in. Once in, the boot is loose/spacious. It's a weird fit for me but I'll keep them. I've had them for a few weeks now and worn them more than once, still the same fit. I'll be ordering a different pair soon.

These boots are so bulky! I'm 5'2 and about 125 pounds and these shoes looked like clown shoes on me :( the gapping in the ankle/shin area is also embarrassingly wide even when wearing fluffy socks. In comparison to my older UGGs, the fur has definitely gone down in quality. Will be exchanging for the kids version & hopefully they fit and look better.

I ordered these boots early in July because they were sold out all of last winter. I live in TX, so I was not able to wear them until December. 2 weeks into wearing them, one boot ripped at the seam - a clean rip on the seam. These boots fit perfectly, and I have no trouble getting them on. This is an apparent manufacturing defect. The warranty process is to fill out a form, YOU AS THE CUSTOMER have to cover the shipping to send them back to be reviewed to see if UGG thinks this is under the warranty. The problem is, these are sold out in my size and are backordered until February. They told me if they deem them acceptable to be covered under the warranty, they will send you a CREDIT, and you have to reorder yourself. If these boots weren't so expensive in the first place, this would not even be worth the trouble. They're too expensive for such poor quality...they're cute though, that's the only reason to give them 2 stars...

I got these for Christmas 2023 and barely wore them until this winter. On my third wear, I wore them to school for a couple hours and slipped and fell hard twice. They're crazy slippery and so unusable when there's snow. When I complained to Ugg, they said because I was a month outside of warranty, there was nothing they could do. This is not the Ugg I've been wearing for years and years. They don't even feel like sheepskin anymore. Disappointed in their service, quality and product. Shame on you

I love the style of these but have been so disappointed. I'm a true 7.5 and I have a size 7 currently. The first time I wore these to walk a short distance to class I got some pain in the bottom of my foot because my heel keeps slipping out as I walk. I know you're supposed to size down but I'm not sure if I'd be able to size down to a size 6? I don't know what to do because I want to wear them but have to walk funny or incredibly slow to do so :( These shoes are so expensive too. I was also surprised by the sizing because I have an old pair of uggs from like high school (like 2016) that have stayed in GREAT condition and they're so cozy and they're a size 8 for reference. Not sure if the platform is what makes this shoe different?

The shoe itself was exactly what i wanted, correct size, look, fit. I placed the order online with my account i have had since 2016. I logged in because i was planning to order another pair of shoes and robe but noticed none of my points. I talked to a rep and they said i "wasn't logged in" but i was because i could see my previous activity. Their solution is for me to ship the exact item i have and want in the size i need, back to them, and reorder my item. How can that guarantee that i won't get logged out again or that the boot i am wanting and HAVE already, won't be out of stock the reward system is a joke and i will just be returning the boots and purchasing everything from somewhere else,

I was very excited for these boots. However, I could not get them on my feet for the life of me. No tights or socks would get these on. It's not even a sizing thing it's just the way the boots are shaped that makes it extremely hard to put your feet inside of. I can't believe they were designed this way.

I was so excited about these boots, but sadly the platform portion split after two days of wear. Unfortunately customer service was not helpful which was a bummer considering this price point.

No break in time needed. Platform is the perfect mix of trend and comfort. Height is perfect for cold and warm days.

Feels a little narrow but once you get your feet in them they feel amazing..

Love the Look of the Classic Mini. Not are they comfy but they provide style. Gotta break them In because they're kinda tight around the ankle tho.

I had heard news of this style boot discontinuing so i jumped on it when i saw the price drop. I love them. I sprayed the boots with a rain protectant. They are super cute with flare jeans and leggings < 3

I love them. I got the black ones. They are soo cute stylist and comfortable. I purchased size 10 but probably could have done 9.5 but no half sizes. I'm not sure if a 9 would have worked so 10 it is.
