I wore them for the first time to Bath and Body Works Body Care Day. The most comfortable to wear all day. I shopped all day traveling on public transportation, walking blocks and blocks, shopping. They are comfortable and stylish. Love them.

I bought 2 pairs for myself and my daughter. I was really looking forward to them. I can say that I am a little disappointed because they turned out to be a little big. My foot is 24.5 centimeters, I usually buy size 7.5 in Uggs. I bought these boots in size 7 , and still they are big. I have already ordered additional insoles for myself, I think this will save the situation. In general, I regret that I did not take exactly the same size 5 in the children's department, they are half a centimeter smaller than adults 7. In general, the shoes are light, warm, made with high quality, as always.

These are cute and I love the platform but they pull my socks down? Lol Very strange and a bit annoying to have pull my socks up every couple steps.

I got this product and tried them on then immediately returned because they were a little big and I found the platform uncomfortable.( I'm and 8.5 and I sized up to a nine)That's totally okay because that's just a risk of shopping online. My return went through, and I exchanged them for a smaller size and different style. My uggs never got to me and an investigation was opened. I will say ugg customer service was very helpful and the return process is easy to follow but I am still nervous about ordering uggs again

Too much movement and make noise when walking

Although they are super cute. These are not the most comfortable to wear. When you buy UGG you think cozy and comfortable. Sorry not the case with these boots.

Have to exchange size down. It's frustrating I have to wait for days again.

I returned the neumel platform. The platform was too high.

I was sooo excited to get these!! For many years, I've worn a size 9 in all Ugg BOOTS; however, this particular boot runs large!!!!! I should've ordered an 8.5; the extra room is cumbersome and difficult to walk in. These were on back order, so when I received the email they were in stock, I immediately ordered them!! To my surprising disappointment, these boots look like they were just slapped together: the stitching is completely uneven, bumps along the sides-not a great representation for Ugg!! I've tried to contact customer service and I'm always hung up on I'm very disappointed and frustrated. It's not worth the hassle of sending back for a return. Very unsatisfied bc these were supposed to be sooo adorable!!

Sooooo I have never had an issue with my uggs , but this purchase hit a snag after wearing them for the first time I walked across my bathroom and the sole came off !!!! The return process is such a hassle , I just fixed them because I really love the look of them !!

I wish they were smaller. Look so cute on the internet then I got them and I look like I wear a size 20. I'm sad
