This bootie is so cute and soft. The issue is the design of the bootie. It is so low profile even my slender feet can't fit inside past the first joint on the upper foot. Once this is modified it'll be great. I believe it's a design error. Hopefully they update this boot soon so I can buy another after having to return the previous order.

If the sole were the same as the classic tall boot, being flexible. I would certainly buy again. But with current sole...can't walk in stiff base.

The she does not fit right not very comfortable

Bought as a gift for my aunt, she didn't like the slipper.

I wear women's size 10 with a true medium size width, but these slipper shoes cut aross the top of my foot in such an uncomfirtable way. I am not able to wear these.

I'm a size 9 in nearly every shoe i own and I couldn't fit my foot into this bootie. The sides are really stiff, and the arch clearance is very low - so i guess if you have high arches AT ALL, don't do it. Bummer because they're very soft and very cute :)

I had to return it because it was way too tight around the opening of the shoe. I let me best friend try it on and she said it was also too tight and looked like boats on her feet. I was so disappointed because the color is beautiful and it felt very warm when I put my hand on the inside.

They run very small and order a size up.

The sizing is off. The 9 is too small and the 10 is too large

Hard to put on very uncomfortable.

I bought the same size as my 7 pairs of Ugg boots that I own and I couldn't even get my foot in one shoe and the other one when I did get my foot in it was way too small. Tried to exchange and all sizes were sold out.

I wanted to love these shoes but they were extremely narrow.

The opening is too rigid and tight! They are actual uncomfortable to put on.

Disappointing

Bought for my wife. Size does not match foot size. Opening for the foot too small, but foot inside feels too loose.

These shoes were so big and unattractive.

RETURNED and DISAPPOINTED Don't waste your time with this style. I could barely get more than my toes into these booties. The top opening is so small it wouldn't fit more than a child's foot

The slipper style was nice, size was ok, but they were PAINFUL to put on. I'm not sure if the opening was too narrow but it was very tight? I had to return them to the store. I exchanged for another slipper.

I have been wearing Uggs for decades. These scale of these Ugg booties is quite large. Consequently, they are somewhat impractical for indoor or outdoor use. Indoors they are clunky. Outdoors the exterior plush picks up any and every leaf, twig, or other debris.

I'm sorry but I felt and looked like Frankenstein with theses shoes on
