I purchased this shoe. It did not last long. This shoe does not carry the Ugh reputation very well. It wear out very fast. The shoe is not comfortable. Thumbs down for me.

I treated myself to my first pair during the pandemic. I absolutely loved them initially but in a few months the insole looked like I'd had them for years. Thinking that maybe it was just that pair, I purchased a second pair (different color) anticipating a better experience.. Unfortunately, to much frustration and disappointment, the toe and heel area wore down even faster than my first pair! I was so bummeddefinitely not worth the price paid. =(

I've now went through purchasing the returning 2 pairs of ugg slippers and all of them are so stiff and hard to walk on, even the Classic Slippers I've decided just to settle with. I do not recommend UGG Slippers at all

The terry cloth that it's made out of is wonderful. However, the hard cushion underneath and the plastic sole With more cushioning Would be great.

These feel like you are walking on raised stone slabs. They are not comfortable at all. Very chunky and awkward to walk in. The fur is not soft, and the fur material feels like old carpet. It also feels tight with socks on, and I ordered my true size. Have to return sadly.

Great concept, however, the quality isn't great. The fur on the bottom wears off really quickly to reveal a hard plastic underneath. My Ugg slippers from 10 years ago have worn better.

I don't like that they are so heavy when I walk, Got them for a house slipper but I kept tripping because they fit big & my feet keeps sliding out of them. I was looking for a winter slipper but I don't wear them that much. Wish I could send them back & get something else but I wear them already. I always love Ugg but not this one.

I wanted something easy to wear everyday like my 'Fluff Yeah' shoes which I wore to death btw. but these are literally so so heavy when I walk, I feel like it needs a strap for support. I then just started wearing them around the house like a slipper and kept tripping over my own feet! The shoe is heavy. be ware.

purchased for my mom as gift then she tripped over and broke her pelvis. It is too taller and these bumps at bottom can easily clogged one foot to another.

Slippers were only available in black in my size and they keep staining my feet black!

My guess is that all the five star reviews are from customers that didn't get a chance to try the original design of the Cozette slipper. After having the original ones for years I needed to replace. Tried these and had to return. Not as soft, not as comfortable. Please please please bring back the old style! I'm sure many of us would even pay more to have that old style back.

Very cute. But beware they are hard as a rock! I can not wear these for long periods of time. Too hard on my plantar fasciitis.

I have 100 pair of shoes, many of them are uggs. I've been a size 8 for about 20 years. This was the first time I got an 8 that was way too big. I cant even exchange for a smaller size because they are sold out.

I thought i was simply replacing Ugg slippers that i have worn for several years and love. The photo looked exactly what i purchased before. However, the fit and style are not at all like my current slippers (or the photo). Unlike my current UGGs, these are boxy, clunky and big. Moreover, i did not realize when i purchase them, they would be impossible to return. How can UGG let a store sell its product when the store encloses NO information about returns. Literally, i cannot return this product for a refund. I have never received a product with zero paperwork enclosed in the package. I am disappointed with the look and feel of the product and I fell absolutely deceived about the sale. The seller is Deckers Outdoor Corp products and shoes.

I ordered this slippers from Ugg and never received them it horrible how they say they can't give me a refund until UPS finishes with their investigation like what does that has to do with me getting my refund back.

Ugg quality has really gone downhill.Things I have bought recently from UGG fall apart within a month..Not worth the prices and will not be wasting my money anymore..

I wish I would've never spent the money on these slippers. They are too hard to walk in too narrow regret, my purchase.

I usually love uggs shoes b it this slipper was not comfortable at all. I should have paid attention to the height of the sole. It is too high for me and it is so stiff it's tough to walk in.

This is my third pair of these and the sizing they sent is 3 sizes too big. This size 9 is huge, like a man's 9 or 10. They definitely look like men's shoes. I am returning, but it takes two weeks at least to process for an exchange. I got free fast shipping, but the return is very slow and there's no UGG store near us anymore as they have all closed. Such a drag as I was hoping to wear these right away. I have no idea what to recommend to you in terms of your size, since they are so off.

These slippers or boots had nice soft real sheep fur last year, but no more. I am returning these slippers and a pair of boots because the fur now feels artificial. It's not soft and it makes my skin clammy. Product description is confusing i thought I was buying real. The size was perfect though!
