I was interested in a jacket that didn't look like a balloon and that wasn't heavy but that protected me from the cold. I also didn't want a thin jacket that didn't protect me. I bought this one and I loved it. I will order another color.

So warm! I have been looking for the perfect down coat for a couple of years I have purchased a couple that have been great for some things but I needed a warmer everyday coat with comfortable wrists an attached hood in black! So happy to find this one. I was going to order it in large and panicked at the last minute because it said it runs small and ordered the xlg. It's a bit too big but I still love it!

Not as warm and wind proof as I had hoped, but still lightweight and comfortable. Im not a fan of the hood, wish it had a regulars drawstring cord at front instead of in back.

But runs REALLY big. It was difficult to get the sizing correct and I had to end up doing a return/reorder. But totally worth it. Great quality and will be my winter staple for years to come. I also love that its very packable.

Love this coat. Warm and love the hood. I wish it had a breast pocket and it would be perfect.

Overall a really good jacket for daily wear. I am 5'3 170 pounds and typically wear a L/XL depending on how clothes fit. I would say this jacket runs quite large, probably because it has a drawstring adjuster on the inside for more customization. This is really nice because I think it makes it a great option for various body types and sizes. Also a great choice for people who prefer jackets that are not fitted. I recommend getting your usual size instead of sizing up. I tend to buy jackets a size larger for layering. The XL was extremely big, too big even with a denim jacket underneath and cinching it in. I returned it for a L which fit much better and still had plenty of room for layering thick sweaters, hoodies, and lighter weight jackets. The jacket is also longer on me because I am short but this is my preferred fit for length. As for how it holds up in the cold, I've worn it in negative degree weather (with layers) and have not had any issues. It certainly isn't a thick, heavy duty cold weather jacket but I think it holds up well for daily wear in cold weather. I like that it is lightweight and still can keep me warm. The only con about this jacket is that it is made for people who are taller than I am. My arms are not long enough to comfortably unzip and utilize the side pockets so I only use the flap pockets. Despite that, the flap pockets are still large enough to hold my keys, thick winter gloves, hat, phone, and a small wallet. The flap pockets are not lined while the zippered side pockets are partially lined with a cloth/microfiber material. This isn't a big issue for me since the flap pockets suit my needs.

Love this coat for walking the dog and staying warm. The cuffs around the wrist are soft and cozy for added warmth. I like the drawstring to cinch the waist in a little. I also like the double pockets. I am 54 155 lbs and went with large. I couldve went with medium. But I like it a little big.

Bought this because Im going to be outdoors a lot, Im surprised at how much I love this coat! It is warm and not bulky. I hope to get another one in another color soon, gotta match my team colors when we had to the stadium. I bought and XL and fits great even with a sweater on

It's a great coat, not too heavy, which allows for easy layering. My only qualms were that I don't like how scratchy the surface material feels and also wish that the hood was slightly longer (over the face).

Nice heavy coat. Runs big compare to my other Marmot coats.

Wanted a coat that I didn't have to unzip to drive and that could accommodate heavy winter layers underneath. This fit the bill! Two areas that need improvement IMO. Needs an internal zip pocket. And the front pocket flaps need a redesign so that the outer edges don't catch every time you swing your arms. True Fit suggested S, but read reviews and am glad I sized up to M. It's comfortably loose without overpowering my petite frame.

Beautiful coat- great colour- warm- light This coat is roomy. Im usually an xl but reviews stated it fit big so I sized down to a large. I could have gotten a medium and it would fit fine. Keeping the large as the beautiful green is sold out and I purchased it for outdoor wear so will have room to layer. Hood could use a drawstring other than that its perfect

Love this! Super warm, super comfy, great color. Im 510 and 135 pounds..got it in medium and its perfect for layering sweaters on a cold winter day and still not feeling constricted

The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because there is no inside pocket. Otherwise it's a perfect coat - nice looking, a great length, the sleeve cuffs have a soft inner fleece, the hood is soft under the chin, and it's easy to slide a phone in and out of the flap pocket. I've had many compliments on the copper color. The size large is a couple inches above my knees, I am 5'3".

NICE winter coat. The pockets are just right. It is lightweight and warm but not too warm. The length looks good. Love the sale price and the green color. Ive always wanted a green parka coat!

Im really pleased with the warmth and fit. Purchased this for dog walking in all kinds of daily weather. This seems perfect for my needs for fall and winter in Michigan. I like that I can snap it together if I dont have time to fuss with a zipper. I sized up to a large to make room for bulkier winter clothes and layering, & Im glad I did. This coat has a puffier look than most, but Im going for warmth, & I like the light weight of it as well. Theres room for a hat and hoodie hood under the hood, too. Comfortable, light weight, warm, & cozy. Thanks, Marmot!

I love the coat that I purchased the green one fits very well is very warm. I want to purchase the orange one but its sold out. Please let me know when you guys get some more Happy customer.

Beautiful, well made down parka, but didn't fit my body type (short and wide). I ordered a L and it was huge on top with sleeves too long but still too straight in the lower body. Sadly, had to return.

I love my strollbridge parka. I ordered the Strollbridge coat on sale and loved it so much but wanted a hood for the colder weather. Looked online and saw that this coat had all the features I wanted so I bought the military green (on sale) and now have 2 coats I love to get me through the winter. Both beautiful colors! Im thrilled.

This is the coat of my dreams. Its so soft, so light, so cozy. I wanted a coat that was roomy and warm with a cute silhouette this is it. I never wanna take it off! Im 53, 144lbs, and the medium fits great. Could have sized down but I like the room.

I love the weight, warmth, Jersey sleeve inserts, double pockets and length. Fits so nice and putting an extra layer underneath is easy so I bought one size up to XL. THE only thing it needs is an inside pocket for safety of personal items. Otherwise it's beautiful. I just bought my second color. I've never done that before. Two of the same jackets.
