I wasn't pleased with the quality of the item for the price it cost me. Ordered my teen a pair and the left boot looks heavily worn. Outlet mall doesn't carry item and only option is to return item and order another pair

When I first used the shoe it was very comfortable and nice but after a week or two the fur started going down and it was not the same quality I also put waterproof spray on the shoe and it worked but it still got water on it and now it looks old and ugly it's cute though just don't spend your money on this unless you actually want it because I regret it so much. I also forgot to add if you use it for long periods of time (2 hours) your feet will hurt so bad it feels like you're barefoot but as I said they're cute and I got so many compliments when I first wore them.

These are less than 2 months of wear and they were treated properly with the Ugg treatment spray.

I was really excited to buy these boots and loved them at first. However, after only a few weeks of light wear, noticeable creasing started to appear. I take good care of my shoes and only wore these about once a week during the winter season (being careful of rain, snow, and heavy walking days). What surprised me even more is that my friend's $50 off-brand boots held up better than my genuine UGGs. Within a week, the interior heel fluff flattened completely, and the boots started feeling loose and uncomfortable, as if they had stretched out. Then came the sudden creases and as of recent there are strings comming off and tears in the front of the boot and I haven't seen this happen to anyone else even though some have had their boots for years before mine. I submitted a warranty claim, but it was denied and labeled as "natural wear and tear," even though the boots are less than a year old and barely worn. For the price, I expected better durability and support. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in both the quality and the warranty experience

Order kids size 6 after measuring per instructions--the ultra mini had at least a inch too much space. Too big!! Immediately exchange for size 5--which was in stock for the exchange info--then out of stock!!

For daughter, they were lopsided when received in mail, my daughter has OCD and she won't wear them so they just sit. I feel like we got a pair from the outlet store. Overall not impressed and they were not soft at all.

I just received mine today and they have no wool at the top of the boot they crease and look terrible

my daughter loves these but the quality of Uggs has diminished significantly. the wool inside the shoe mats right away. it becomes super flat and is not insulated in the way that it should be. We also both have the tasmans and its the same thing. I have my 6 year old uggs and the wool inside is still very fluffy and comfortable. I've been a customer for many years and have over 10 pairs of boots but this is definitely my sign to no longer buy them

The quality is the same as if you bought knock off versions. I have bought other "ugh dupes" for my daughter and the only difference is the "UGG" name brand. It could have just been that we got some UGGs where the quality wasn't the best.

Everytime I buy a new it get worse So cheaply made I use to love uggs but the quality has significantly lowered

These shoes are cute and comfortable, but they are absolutely not worth the price. I have had these shoes for less than a year and they are already ripping at the seams. I am not hard on my shoes and have never had this issue in the past. For the price, you can get much better quality.

I didn't like how they looked they fit at the ankle

My daughter owned her Uggs for less than 4 months they are completely destroyed looks like the oil leaked through the material. Although they say they claim to have a 365 day warranty it is not true. Very disappointed.

The yellow was very cute for color pop but the particular pair was not the quality I have in other Uggs had a pucker in the toe .
