Sized wrong! Additionally, way too difficult to return shoes. You lost me as a customer!

This is second pair I have purchased. I wear them everyday and they support my feet well. Very comfortable. Quality product.

I bought a new pair to replace my old ones. Great shoe but the color does not match photos. The shoe is basically all one brown color, no contrast as shown in the photos.

Appears very durable and well constructed. Have not had them long enough to provide any long term evaluation..

I have a small foot, size 7.5 medium width and they run true to size. I like to wear with an Everyday thickness Smartwool sock.

After 3 tries to get the right size, I finally found the one!! Size 9 wide. The shoes are great and I am sure they will be durable like other Keens.

it rained as i was walking and i got soaked, but my feet remained dry. i didn't go out of my way to step in puddles, but i did splash around a bit. should mention that i am over 350 lbs and these shoes take most of the pressure off my feet as long as i'm moving. so that's nice

The craftsmanship seems to have changed on the last 3 pairs of Keens. Ive had to send back the last 2 pair because of defects.

These have holes in the sides and the sole had fallen off. Ive heard great things about keens but apparently they cant handle country living. Perhaps for those who go on occasional adventures. My husband is not happy with my choice.

Great shoe!

Third pair and all fit great. But this pair, which is only a 2 months old, already has problems. The left shoe seam is separating at the toe in two spots, and the right has a terrible squeak. The color is also ugly and not as depicted, but I can live with that. With proper quality control these would be 5 Star footwear.

I have worn Keen for years, and love them. These shoes are slightly different than what I have been used to they run a size small, I wear a 13, and the 13 is too short. Quality was good.

These boots run way too big. I bought the exact size-we have purchased before from this website. Sadly we were two days over the 30 day return policy because we were hiking out of town. My husband had used them walking no problem. But as we hike up and down hills, thats when it was noticeable to him as his toes started to hurt.

These shoes came apart ib the first tow days.

Very comfortable but the soles are wearing out extremely fast and coming unglued already. This is my third warranty replacement and I try a different style every time. They all fall short within the warranty period thankfully.

Not very satisfied with these they ripped at the base and the seam in less than a month

A bit Clunky and heavy

I really like them and the quality is top notch. They do seem to run a little large but not so bad that I want to exchange them for a different size. Would buy again without hesitation.
