My girlfriend and I each bought this bag a year ago from a shop in Florida, we are both so disappointed because the hardware finish has worn off and it makes the bag look cheap. Neither one of has our receipts or I would contact the company. So disappointed, I have owned many bagallini's and never had I had this happen.

This bag is AMAZING! I was able to fit my iPhone 14 in the outer pocket, sunglasses, small makeup bag w/lip balm, lipstick, facial blotters, stick blush, and car keys in the main compartment, and passport holder, credit cards, and cash in the pocket with the two zippers that lock together (closest to body)! Wasn't heavy at all and very streamlined/classy looking. LOVE the anti-theft features!!!! My mom loves her, too.

I bought this for a trip overseas but use it everyday. It's the perfect size for everyday use, holds everything and isn't bulky. I bought the black which is can be worn with any attire and looks great with dresses or jeans.

Just got the bag a few days ago (haven't gone on my trip yet) and it's just what I wanted but * There is NO internal, attached key strap!!!! How does Baggallini make any purse without one?!? (especially any anti-theft purse?). My regular Baggallini has one * The RFID pocket in the main compartment has an 'open' top - I'd like it to have maybe a Velcro closure. * I would have liked the base to be maybe an inch wider (easier to fit a glasses case while still being slim). I'm happy with the bag but the lack of an attached key ring tether makes dealing with my keys a real annoyance in this bag. In the other anti-theft bags, please make more colors!!!

Holds what you truly need. Not too large and clunky. Tough material will last years. I wash my purses in mesh bags 3-4 times a year. Beautiful watercolor blue and purple pattern. Love it!!

I've only had mine a week but I am very pleased with it. I used to have a wristlet (different brand) for cash/cardsmy phone was separate. I realized I needed something that could carry all of that yet wasn't a huge purse. The cross body strap is perfect BC purse straps never stay put on my shoulders - and now I'm hands free while I shop. It has multiple pockets for organizing ~ a pen holder, cash & change pocket, 6 CC sleeves, and more. I use the outer pocket for a quick grab of my phone. I also love that I can secure the zippers which is great security for crowded places like restaurants and while zipping through the airport. Thanks Baggallini! Hesitating? Don't. Get yourself one.

I am new to the Bagallini family but I have to say this purse has me hooked!! I bought it for an upcoming trip but its perfect size has me already using it everyday! I love the interior compartments and it fits all of my essentials (phone, wallet, sunglasses and emergency makeup) with room to spare. My favorite feature that sealed the deal for me is the security locks for the zipper! Can't recommend enough!!

I used this bag on excursions while cruising the Mediterranean. The grommet hole allowed me to thread the headphones through while securing the quiet vox (amplifier used by tour guide). No tangled mess to manage! Plenty of room for anything needed.

Very nice soft sided bag. It saw me through recent travel and was nice enough to carry to an afternoon wedding. I did not find the straps to be too stiff and wore the bag both cross body and over my shoulder during the recent trip. Lots of good pockets too.

I haven’t used this yet but so far I really like it. My husband thought the locking zippers were clever. I will use on a trip to Italy, where purse snatching is more prevalent. This purse will make me feel safer.

Rich, beautiful blue color. Great organizing spaces. If I could change one thing, it would be to make it a little bigger. I am having difficultly tucking my glasses in the two pockets. Taking this with me when I travel.

This bag is perfect for travel. It's in a good "camo" pattern, a nice size with pockets to fit phone and passport. The material is waterproof and doesn't show stains. Couldn't ask for more.

I like it very much but decided to keep a larger Baggallini instead.

Love, love, love this bag! I have been using a bit smaller Baggallini but needed a bit extra space mainly for my glasses. This Memento is perfect and still has a very slim profile. And the shade of blue is beautiful! Thank you Zappos! You never disappoint!!

Love this bag. I used it while traveling through Italy and the UK and I felt secure. Big enough to stow what I need and very light. I still use it at home.

I love all the pockets it has and the color is wonderful. I have had so many compliments on it.

This is my 3rd Baggilini and my favorite. It holds everything securely and is not too big. I'd love to see it in other colors.

I bought this purse for traveling because I need a crossbody that would also serve as a wallet and hold my sunglasses and phone. I had plenty of space for my sunglasses, phone, lip balm, passport, small sunscreen and more. I felt secure that my belongings would not be taken because of the way the clips hooked. The strap stayed secure on shoulder both horizontally and diagonally. The crossbody is well constructed with quality fabric.

This bag was able to fit Sun screen, sanitizer, travel book, phone, wallet and an 8oz coffee mug. The material is great in any weather. What more could you need?

Bag size is perfect for me. Bought the purple /plum and love it. Love the pockets for everything. I understand what other reviewers say about the locks taking time to open. I'm good with that. That's their purpose. U don't need to use the locks if u are in an area u are comfortable. It is a casual bag so I'm comfortable with the few wrinkles.

Love the new color green. A little darker than I had hoped, but I'm a bright bright green person. Love the pockets and size fits phoneceasily.

This bag is small enough to take on my trip to Europe, but big enough to carry all that I need. I'm happy with the organization and space inside. The color is fantastic! I love this purse so much I'm thinking of using it for my everyday purse!
