Ive purchased at least 10 pairs of Solomons in last 5yrs. I Love this shoe, recently had foot surgery & now have titanium hardware in my foot so I need a shoe with more traction than regular sneakers to help keep me on the road. Also need shoes a little wider to support the new hardware.

While I was playing in a recent softball tournament, I noticed that several of my teammates were wearing these really cool looking shoes. Salomon shoes, as it turned out.
So, after hearing nothing but amazing things, I decided to check them out for myself. I love the lime green and the overall look, but more than anything else, I love how incredibly comfortable they are! I wore them pretty much an entire weekend for the tournament the next weekend (because shipping was super fast). My feet were totally fine, my back didn't hurt nearly as much as it had with other shoes, and I couldn't be happier.
I love these shoes. Totally worth the hype and worth the cost.

This is probably my 4th or 5th pair of speedcross trail shoes and I pretty much live in them. The grip is amazing and the fit super comfortable, plus I give them bonus points for being able to accomodate a supportive ankle brace.
Since I found my first pair of Salomon's I've become a bit of an addict .... hiking boots, snow boots, trail shoes I have them all.

Ive been using Salomon shoes for over 12 years. They are great for the gym, hiking, and day to day use. Their comfort is beyond measure and they help with my foot aliment. Highest recommended.

Ive only worn SpeedCross shoes for the last 5 years (4 pairs) but this one lacked the structure the last few pairs had. The toe box was larger than previous (I had wide feet too) and it felt like my foot was just sliding around. They were returned.

I love these shows but they squeak horribly. Even strangers comment and giggle. They are beautiful and fit incredibly well. Please fix the squeak!!!!

I have had at least 4 pairs of previous models of the Speedcross (up until the Speecross 4) and I have alrways been a size US womens 8. In this model (6) I need a US womens 7.5. It is a shame Salaomon are not more consistent with their sizing!

I just got a pair of Speedcross 6 shoes. I have a moderately narrow foot and I like how the shoes fit. I usually wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 running shoe. I originally bought an 8, but they were way to big. The 7 1/2 fits much better. I recommend ordering a half or full size down. The heal of the shoe looks a little strange, but doesnt affect the comfort. Overall I like the style of the shoe.

Ive always worn the Speedcross 3 cs in a womens size 8 ( I normally wear a shoe size of womens 7) but for the Speedcross 6, the 8 was huge so I actually fit true to size a 7 ( womens) I like the Speedcross 6 - its lightweight but I find the toe fits wider and doesnt feel as smooth when walking - kind of has a clown shoe feel to the toe bed- - sorry hard to explain - I love the colors but I definitely feel like quality of how the shoe is now made has gone down since the older 3s . The 3s lasted a long time and went through mud, water, washing and still looked and felt new and were extremely durable - this newer shoe doesnt have that kind of feel to it - even a Speedcross 3 I bought this year ( a newer made one) had a defect straight out of the box - shows me quality control is not like it used to be back in 2013 when I originally got the 3 - those shoes are still going strong

Have had my speedcross since April15,2023. Fit like a glove. Ive worn LaSportiva Ultra Raptor before these. The LaSportiva looks clunky and the color was not best, but the tread and sole stayed comfortable for YEARS.
My Speedcross look amazing but after only a month are not comfortable for me to wear. My foot feels EVERYTHING. Ive tried different insoles: sole brand and oboz brand. For the price of the shoe, a different insole should not be needed. I will look at LaSportiva and Oboz next time. I do want to say the ordering/shipping process from Salomon was very good.

I purchased one pair that was on sale and loved them so much that I had to get an additional color. Dang....I am back again to get another color. The only thing I wish I could better in them, is my circuit fitness training. They grip so well that it is hard to do some of the fitness steps. I would wear these all the time.

I bought these shoes for trail hiking. They're great - good fit - not tight in the toe area, stable, and all around great shoe. Only complaint is that they squeak. I guess they help me alert animals that I'm coming! Would recommend.

Seems like a great trail shoe. The sizing runs big though. I usually wear an 8.5 in all of my running shoes. These are too big, I will be ordering an 8.

The sizing is large , the fit is different from my other 5 pairs of speedcross shoes.
I hope to find a replacement. It's the only workout shoe brand that i buy.

I loved my Speedcross 5 for hiking that I had to get the Speedcross 6 for my daughter. We both have narrow feet and these fit like a charm. No break-in period. Theres cushion and support in all the places you need it. Excellent traction, too!

Speedcross 6 fits a little larger than other Speedcross series. It didn't have the feeling of "fit like socks" from Day One like Speedcross 5 did. I put thicker insoles, but they are still too large. I might have to save them for winter use when I could wear thicker socks with them.

These shoes are a great fit for a narrower foot, especially around the heel/ankle. I wasn't expecting to like the quicklace system but it works well and the shoes don't budge once adjusted. Fit and lacing very comfortable.
The insoles unfortunately let these shoes down, which would otherwise have got 5 stars. They are rather thin, and have quite rough fabric on the surface, with large perforations in the forefoot area. These factors make the insole abrasive, and gave me sore feet, especially if running in wet conditions. Swopped the insoles for the ones from my old shoes, which fixed the problem. Customer service response to my raising the issue could have been more proactive.

I fell in love with the look, first off! Then when I first tried them on I was a bit intimidated because I had no idea how to tie them. I figured it out after studying the diagram that came with the shoes. The first walk I took with my Salomons was somewhat unfamiliar and my feet were sore. But now that Ive taken many walks in them I pretty much prefer them over any of my other walking shoes I own. I definitely plan on buying more pairs in the near future.

I just wore these to hike in Hawaii. The hikes had a lot of mud, rocks, and elevation climbs. These shoes gave me great traction, and I never fell. They were also comfortable right out of the box. My only complaint is that the shoe string cables kept loosening, so I would have to bend down and try to tighten them back up. My husband has them and does not experience this issue. I do have a small ankle and kind of a narrow heal. I would love to know if Salamon has suggestions on how to keep the strings tight.

I bought these speedcross 6 shoes and have worm them twice for a 5 mile hike and a short 3 mile hike. I have owned probably 6 pairs of variations of the speedcross hiking shoe. When I say these are not as "cool" I mean they don't breathe like the other speedcross shoes I've owned in the past.
