I am so happy with the product, comfort and quality are excellent.

The gnarlier the trail the better these perform. Wish you could get wide sizes with Gore-Tex.

This is my 3rd pair of Speedcross, won't use any others!

Previously I had the Sense Rides and put about 1000km on them mainly on long distance hiking adventures. The Sense Rides are fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to grab another pair, but I wanted to explore the Speedcross 6's. So far I have about 30km on them between the treadmill and road runs, but I can feel that they are a bit more sturdy and I can appreciate the more aggressive grip, where the Sense Rides were more on the minimalist side. I am getting more into long distance trail running this year and I believe that the Speedcross series was a solid choice for me!

I've tried several different brands over the years, but I've returned to the Salomon SpeedCross after never having found anything quite as good. For me, they are the best allrounder. The 6 is the best yet. Sturdy, secure and yet light. I've always loved the lacing cords that I feel give the best even tightness across the foot. The cord on the 6 pulls a little wider on the shoe which feels an even more secure fit to me. I've run half a dozen 20+ milers on hilly ground in the last couple of months on rock, mud and gravel. No niggles. I'm a happy customer, and won't be straying away again :)

I replaced my Speedcross 6 recently. Same great fit. Fantastic performance running up and down muddy ski slopes.

Brought these as I have short but wide feet, they are really comfortable and wide enough for my feet, waterproof is added bonus

Bought these for hiking. They're perform perfectly.

I used the reg. Supercross 5's last year and made it work but I'm really liking the extra room in the 6 wide. I only wish they'd make them in the cool colors and not just black and grey.

I have worn Speedcross for years until I ran a mountain Spartan and my toes were destroyed - I moved to a wider shoe to give my feet some breathing room. I missed the lightweight SC, the speed laces, and the grip. When Salomon put out the wide SC 6 I bought a pair and I just love them! I am a happy Speedcrosser once again!!

Unreal shoe, zero complaints best running shoes I've ever owned.

My colleague at work raves about his speedcross trainers but because I have wide feet he said I'd probably find them too tight fitting and then I found they did a wide version. I can honestly say that these trainers are super comfy - as I'm getting older I'm getting a bit precious about this and only wear good quality socks etc! The trainers feel supportive out of the box and are roomy in the toe box. On runs they feel grippy off road in most conditions with no worries about slipping. I can wear these all day and my feet don't ache. Initially I thought I would not like the lace system but they are so easy to just slip on and off that honestly they feel like bedroom slippers. I don't think I would consider another trainer now I have found these and like my colleague I will be waxing lyrical about these trainers to anyone who will dare to listen.. if you are thinking about buying these don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed

I love this shoe right out of the box was an extension of my foot this shoe for me is extremely comfortable grate fit I plan on buying 6 more pair in different colors

Already have the 5's in wide fit which were great, but had to take the insole out to be comfortable. Now got the 6's (in grey this tone) and they are thankfully that little wider. Really comfortable, great quality, and look great

Recently purchased my 3rd pair of Speedcross- the previous two were Speedcross 5s. I run trails of Acadia National Park several times per week. Speedcross 6 conforms perfectly to my feet. The tread grips the multitude of surfaces presented by Acadia. Lightweight and plenty of cushioning, especially in the heel. A superior trail runner.

First day of wearing them and straight out for a 10mile trail run, comfy from the start and held up really well even on the snow and ice, definitely recommend

Shoebox has ample room allowing my previously broken foot comfort while keeping a very "thin" appearance. I can hike again with these shoes! They're great!

I bought these because they looked great, but after actually wearing them, I'm a HUGE fan; they feel like they were custom-made for me. They look better in person, too.

Perfect fit! Wish Salomon made more options for wide!

This is now my 4th pair of Speedcross shoes (I'd love them to last a bit longer but I can't complain as I definitely put them through their paces and get at least 1,000 miles of all-terrain walking out of each pair) The 6s feel as comfortable as the 5s straight out of the box, no need to wear them in. The grip is noticeably better (it was already great on the 5s).

Use the shoes for trail hiking. Really great fit with good stability.
