One of the two people in my household over-conserves on heat from November to April. While I'm working in my office, my old and tired feet suffer from the chill. Uggs are the nicest thing to wear to keep my feet happy. I just wish they had some arch support to make walking around and going up/down stairs less agonizing. If that's not an issue, you have found your warm slippers. I don't suggest wearing them outside, unless you like buying a new pair every month.
I'd also recommend:
BearPaw, Oofos or Hoka (but if you're a woman with wide feet, buy the men's versions)

I didn't realize that these were either suede or leather, but they are. The material is so luxurious! The blue color is beautiful, and the slippers overall are so warm! I think that these size small, though, as my 9's from last year are the same size as these 10's.

I avoid wearing real shoes whenever I can, and if it's too cold for flip flops these are perfect. Just step into them and go. I still have regular Uggs for after surfing and when it's really cold but these I wear constantly

Bought these for my husband and he loves them! These are a replacement for a black pair of UGG slippers I bought him two years ago and he finally wore them out. He loves the thick rubber sole so he can walk outside with them. Super warm and comfy. He's used to wearing work boots so these are a nice change at the end of the day.
