I wear a 7 1/2 and was advised to get a size 8 it cuts into the top of my foot as it goes across

I didn't get a black and beige slipper. I got black on black. This runs small. Not comfortable for the price I paid.

Great product. However due to the lip on the back of the shoe the product was too small. If the back of the shoe was open they would've fit. I suggest sizing up.

Right shoe not as snug as left. Stopped using shoes because I thought they were dangerous due to right shoe slipping off causing the possibility of a fall.

Myself and my family have been loyal UGG customers. While I loved the grey color, as soon as I dropped a one drop of water, it stood out big time. No problem, I also bought the UGG care kit. Nope. Didn't work. Only discolored the slipper. I will exchange for a darker color.

Bought my husband, his correct sizing and his foot hits right on the seam of the back of the shoe so it's extremely uncomfortable and it feels like a foot is gonna be falling out. I feel like the sizing for UGGs is incorrect and they need to fix it I bought two pair pairs of UGGs both sizes incorrect, even though they are correct size. this year and now neither of us can wear them and it was a waste of money.

Looks for what i wanted this slipper for does the job. Keeps my feet warm, comfortable, all around nice slipper. I'm the type that hates socks. I wear them bear foot and the black dye Ugg uses has stained my feet and I'm truly disappointed in this. I know authentic black sheep doesn't bleed its color. Now i though i was paying for quality product. I know question that thought, the harmful dyes i wish wouldn't bleed into the bodies biggest organ... your skin!

I was very happy with these slippers at first. Within a week, however, the comfortable interior lining has large portions that have completely worn off at the heel and toes area. I understand some wear and tear, but not after a week. Very disappointed.

Great shoes AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'm so dissatisfied with the responses/ justification of my concerns that I'm considering returning the shoes!!! The CSR reps are NOT helpful at all and have an "not my prob" ATTITUDE!!!

Came much darker than my boots in the same color. Also has a weird black mark on them. Shame for the price

This slipper is not what I expected from Ugg. The quality and and comfort was there.

The inside of the slipper is rough and uncomfortable. Not the soft plush feel I thought it would have.
