The boot is beautiful, very stylish. However, info recommended if you haven't purchased Teva before, get a 1/2 size larger than your normal. 1/2 size larger was too big. Returned and repurchased a 1/2 size smaller. Still felt too big, especially in the heel which was very loose, slipping in the boot.

I'm super disappointed in the color. The boots overall are cute and comfortable but I'm not a black shoe person. They run a little small as well. I ordered half a size up, I'm glad I did; I don't think I'd get these boots on if I ordered my actual size. I haven't sent them back, I'm undecided. If I could, I'd submit a photo.

I had the exact same pair in size 8 1/2, but the left shoe was too tight across the instep,because i loved the shoes, i ordered size 9, which are too big!!

I am keeping these boots as I will be traveling soon and need boots for cold, wet weather. However, the boots are still very difficult to get into and out of despite having worn them around the house for many hours trying to break them in. I am going to buy a shoehorn to see if that helps. Boots fit okay once I have them on.

I ordered the "Lion" color and found it to be much darker in person than in the photos. I was looking for a tan/camel colored ankle boot and these are dark brown, so I will be returning. They were true to size ( I wear a 9) and comfortable and high quality, just not the right color. I wish I could upload a photo, but there is no option. It would be nice if Teva included photos of their shoes on an actual foot/leg so you could more accurately assess color/height etc before purchasing.

Such a cute boot! I was really hoping this would be my new favorite. Unfortunately it did not fit me. I typically wear a 10 1/2 narrow but am used to buying size 11 due to lack of 10 1/2's. I was ok with wearing a thicker sock but the heel fit was too loose and I figured for the cost, I should not have to try various paddings to make it comfortable to wear. I had no problem with the zipper on the opposite side that others had concerns with. Good heel height and well made boot

I really liked these boots at first, I got my usual size. I do wish the zipper was on the inside, but its not that big of a deal. The boots fit kind of like a clog, my feet move around a lot inside the boot when Im walking and I dont like that. But if I put on thicker socks, I cant get my foot into the boot. Problem 2 is that they arent waterproof. If it is even slightly damp out, moisture gets into my left boot somehow and my feet feel cold and clammy for the rest of the day.

Comfortable once it is in. Heel is great! But since the zip is on the outside of the boot (which makes it very cute) I think it makes it a bit harder to put your foot in.

The patina of the leather was very muddy in color (brown) to the point I thought they shipped a black boot. The shoe is very functional in manufacturing but lacks the flair depicted online. It looked very much like an all weather rain boot. Sending it back.

I was looking for something to wear with pants or skirts but they were very dark, larger than expected, and only ok for pants.

Not right for me

Beautiful boots but sadly returned. They are the hardest leather I've ever experienced. Standing wasn't a problem. Moving was painful.

These are SOOOOOO hard to get on!!

I purchased same size boot about 1-2 years ago. Two toned size 7 fit perfectly and very comfortable. I purchased dark brown boot Same style, darker brown, same size 7 and way too tight. Little movement for foot around little toe and center of boot.

They truly LOOK amazing, but unfortunately, for me anyway, they are very uncomfortable to wearthey literally HURT to wear! The the top of the boot, irritates the base of my shin. If you lean forward while you're walking or going down the stairs, they are very uncomfortable. To the point of which I need to take them off. If you're interested in getting them, This is so sad for me, they are a beautiful looking boot.

The boot is cut too wide and did not fit well. It looks great in photos, that's about all. So sad.

Love the style, love that they're waterproof (what a dream) BUT I don't have a narrow nor wide foot, but I suppose I trend a little wider. I typically wear a 9.5 and I purchased this and then exchanged for the 10. I thought they felt alright when I initially put them on, but in wearing them around my house for just a while the side of the middle of my foot was in extreme pain. The shoe is super narrow and you could see my foot protruding from the side. I don't know if you need to break them in, but it was excruciatingly painful after just a hour at home wearing them- I can't imagine how it would be to break them in.
