I purchased these uggs over a year ago around summer time, took them out for winter and as soon as I slipped them on they ripped. They are refusing to give me a refund or exchange. Very disappointed.

Fantastic, cozy fit. Normally a men's 9 1/2 and ordered size 10. I've got tree trunks for legs and sizing up seemed to help with sliding them on. My new favorite indoor shoes when keeping the AC low!

Can't stop wearing them! I am a size men's 7.5, but since half sizes aren't an option, I chose 7 and they fit great :)
