Most comfortable hiking shoes I've ever had. Was able to go three creeks and on beaches without worry of wet feet. Hiking 20+ miles each hike and not a sore foot to be had. Dare I say the best hiking boot ever!

These books are amazing. My last pair of hiking boots were more than double the cost of these and they never fit me well. These Merrell boots are PERFECT for my high arch. So much support and comfortable since first try on. Absolutely no break in time needed. They are so comfy, almost cushy. I love the color as well. I wear these on fairly rugged terrain in Idaho but I also wear them semi casually in bad weather and they're cute enough to pair with jeans. I wish I would have found these boots five years ago. Truly a great product at a very fair price.

These boots came with me on my fist overnight backpacking trip- a 4 day, 3 night excursion. My shoes stayed dry and warm the entire time and I had zero issues with comfort! I did wear them several times before the trip to "break in" but I don't even think they needed it. They were comfortable the first time I wore them and on day 4 of a hiking trip too. I didn't have any blisters or hot spots, super thrilled with these shoes! My hiking buddy even purchased a pair of their own after our trip (probably because I wouldn't shut up about how much I loved them). 5 stars, cannot recommend enough!

These shoes are extremely comfortable and I love wearing them. I also get complimented every time I go out. That said the tongue design is really bad. The raw edges were not a smart design and make the shoes look cheap. The holes in the tongue also mean the shoes are not waterproof. I think the company would do well making these shoes with a better tongue design. However, other than that the shoes are pretty fantastic.

Was a little dubious about the waterproof abilities, but they proved me wrong! Tested these on a week-long hiking trip, and they did not let me down. Hiked up a few mountains (one in the pouring rain ), through rivers and creeks, and muddy terrain and my feet stayed dry and comfortable! These shoes did not need to be broken in, ready out of the box! I sized up half a size, and they fit wonderfully!

Very comfortable and lightweight legs didn't hurt. Went on a 10 day trip to Canada walking 5-7 miles a day and they kept my feet warm and dry. Never slipped on wet and snow roads. No break in time. Went up half a size. And glad I did. They wouldn't have fit otherwise. Very happy with my purchase. Would buy again.

LOVE these shoes. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are. Comfortable, sturdy, & waterproof, they take me where I need to go. My feet remain dry, even when I wade into water deeper than the tops! I'm out on slippery rocks a lot, and I have NEVER fallen. The soles grip so well. Merrell has made an excellent shoe with fabulous retro styling.

The most comfortable hiking shoe I have owned. I love the ankle support - I have been more cautious since I broke my left ankle 2 years ago. I hiked all over Australia and New Zealand in these. Love them!

These boots are amazing. They provide support while being comfortable. I have a high instep and a narrow foot. I recently broke my ankle which required surgery. The recovery process required a good support and traction. I have 2 large dogs that I walk every morning. These boots are waterproof but not too hot..and stylish .

Amazing. So so comfortable. I was afraid of getting new boots after my beloved Keena got holes in them but these were exactly the pair I needed to replace.

I bought these almost a year ago and they are great hiking shoes. My feet feel snuggled but able to breathe. I've tried other brands and they felt too hard on my feet, made by knees and lower back hurt but not these. Light weight. Excellent boots. Would buy again!!

I went on several hikes this weekend and they were amazing! I did not have to break them in much and they are like walking on pillows. I will definitely buy again and other varieties of Merrells.

I bought these boots for a vacation to Arizona, and the were absolutely AMAZING! As you can imagine there was a lot of hiking during the week spent out west, so these were certainly put to the test. They were extremely comfortable, light-weight, and durable for the hours we spent hiking. I did not break them in at all before wearing them. Which initially made me nervous, as I didn't have time to wear them before going on this trip. However, they were SO comfortable that they really didn't need breaking-in at all. I am a size 8.5, and that is what I ordered them in. If you prefer a little more room at the toe, I would recommend sizing up a half-size. I was initially drawn to these for how stylish they looked as a hiking boot. Merrell has a good handful of cute colors to choose from, and I got so many compliments on them! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, light-weight hiking boot to hit up the trails in! Can't wait to continue using them for other adventures!

Nice hightop boot for running while hiking in snow - has some cushion

Hiked 5.5 miles in 10 inches of snow the other day in these no problem! Comfortable and water proof. Kept my feet warm and dry. Didn't have to break them in at all. Plus they are SO CUTE. I'm obsessed.

Very light and comfortable! From the first time out of the box I hiked several miles and the boot is supportive while providing extreme comfort.

I love the color and style. They're very comfortable. However I have not really worn them outside much because I want them to be a replacement for the Merrill hiking boots that I have now.

I love this hiking boot! It is incredibly lightweight without compromising on support. I actually smiled at how light they felt when I pulled them out of the box-and since I am often carrying a heavy pack (mother to two toddlers) solid ankle support is a must. This boot checks all the boxes-I am so happy I decided to give them a try after swearing off the clunky boots of yesteryear!

These shoes keep my hips, knees and ankles aligned, resulting in less fatigue when walking. My feet stay warm too.

I love these boots! I've never owned hiking boots but wanted to get some for our trip to Iceland. These shoes were super comfortable the whole time. We did a glacier hike and did a lot of sight seeing so we did a lot of walking. The traction was great too.
