I bought these shoes with the impression that the leather is waterproof. However walking in light rain my feet were completely soaked by the time I got home. These shoes are not waterproof at all!

the shoe looks great. fits like a paper bag though. not made for people with narrow feet. top elestic "tongue" is designed by someone who still walkes on his/her fours! This is my fifth pair of shoes from Merrell. Unfortunately a waste of money.

Does not fit the same way that all my other Merrell shoes have. Ankle slides out too easily and the looseness of the fit causes foot and ankle fatigue quickly into walking. First ever Merrells that have let me down after half a dozen pairs over the last decade.

I usually wear a 7.5, but the toe box is narrow on these shoes, so I have to return them.
