Bag not up to Baggallini standards

I loved my blue and black Everywhere Bags so much; they lasted forever, and when I went to replace them, the 8 or 10 cc slots that were built in, are no longer there. Instead it's a nearly useless wristlet that has 3 cc slots in it! I miss the cc slots!

Really disappointed in the stitching in this bag. Top zip has a really hard time closing because of the seam allowance interfering. There is a spot where the glue and stitching are showing and looks terrible. Some of top stitching thread is coming loose. I'm just wondering if this was a dud. Really love the design and fabric/color. Hardware is great quality as well. Hope they can fix this issue or return my emails. Thank you.

Very bulky....too many pockets and a bit heavier that my other Baggallinis

Not happy! I noticed that it's not well made. There are spots that show it isn't fully stitched completely. I really needed a bag ,so I'm not returning it. I've bought your bags before and I've loved them. What can you do for a unhappy customer? Thank you

While I really appreciate the style of the bag and the design, I was disappointed in the magnets used to hold some of the outside pockets close. The back pocket works fairly well but the two on the front outside pocket are weak and one barely stays closed, which means you can only put items in that pocket that you don't care about losing. Additionally, the side pocket puckers out and opens.That's a pocket that could use a magnet!

This is my 5th Baggalini bag. Love it since they are light weight, beautiful & have great organization. One bag received was great as I was gifting it. The other bag had a pocket that was sewn incorrectly. I had to return it. I'm still waiting for the replacement.

I haven't used it yet. But think it will work well for travel. However, I wish it also had a short strap. Sometimes I don't want it over my shoulder or cross body.

I really wanted to like the color they call pink blossom. But pink it is not. It is a true lilac or lavender. Since the only reason that I ordered it was for the pink color, back it went. Super easy to return.

Within 3 months, the slot for the phone had torn apart. I love the features of the bag, but the quality is as high as I'd expected for this price point.

The only difference I can see between this purse at $110 and the last model at 85 is that the zipper along the bottom can be locked by a clip which would be a pain to do anyway. Not worth the extra $

The front area that has the name is not even. Slightly off. Also, I though there are two side open pockets. Rather, there is only one, which is very convenient. The side is a zip pocket. Not user friendly at all. I wish I could find the original one.

I just received my everywhere slim crossbody and am very disappointed in the quality of the strap. I have bought many Baggallini bags over the years and those straps were made differently and I never had any fraying. I am positive straight out of the box that the newer straps will not hold up to even normal wear like the old ones. With the strap made more poorly, it makes me wonder if the bag itself is made more poorly than previous models. I did get an extra strap (wide) to change up the look which I was planning on using sporadically, but now will have to use more often as that one is made like the older model straps. I hope that this materials choice is changed back, as this could be the beginning of the end for Baggallini. I can't imagine I am the only avid user who is not pleased.

The bag was surprisingly heavy.

Wrong item sent. Ordered the silver metallic vegan suede bag. Zappos sent a bright silver quilted bag which looks nothing like the item I purchased (and is ugly as all get out). Returning.

If the bag had been as described on the website and in the color I ordered and had somewhere visible the order number so I could easily return it, I probably would have liked it. But it didn't, I didn't, and sent it back. The website had the wrong measurements (noticeably and measurably bigger than described). I ordered the pretty blue print, got some miscellaneous plain blue bag. No order number visible, requiring me to call and get a live human being to find what should have been either on the website, the email receipts I was sent, or in the shipping bag. I have lost a lot of the confidence I once had in this brand and am not sure I will order again.

I love the style of this bag. It is so light weight with convenient pockets for phone, etc. The front right pocket with the magnetic closure is perfect for my Metro card that I need to have handy. The stitching by the zipper was coming undone after one use. I just got a replacement 2 days ago and the inner fabric pocket is not even stitched down!! VERY POOR Quality Control! So now I have to hand stitch it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and just set it up and threw away the tags yesterday. Now 30% off and nothing I can do about it. Will never order from your site again.

First one was 5-6 years old, second one is about two years old.

I've been buying Baggallinis for years and was excited to be getting a new one. Unfortunately it arrived with the zipper broken. I took it to a tailor but it couldn't be fixed. Now I'm faced with having to send it back with all the hassle that entails. Very disappointing.

The bag would have been great, but I used it for a week and it started falling apart. It was not a cheap bag, so this was very disappointing.

I purchased this item in the Quilted fishing pattern as a gift for my sister and it is unfortunate how badly this crossbody is made, my sister didn't want to say anything, but asked me how much I paid for it, after giving her my answer she finally sent me photos of this bag and it's terrible quality! It's even lopsided!
