I really wanted to like the color they call pink blossom. But pink it is not. It is a true lilac or lavender. Since the only reason that I ordered it was for the pink color, back it went. Super easy to return.

Everything was OK except the color, French Navy. The fabric looked new, but the color was very faded, almost a grayish color. Not at all the the online photo.

I bought this bag and loved the organization but I returned it because I hated the thin slippery strap. It needs a thicker strap made of a material that is not so slick.

Within 3 months, the slot for the phone had torn apart. I love the features of the bag, but the quality is as high as I'd expected for this price point.

I just received my everywhere slim crossbody and am very disappointed in the quality of the strap. I have bought many Baggallini bags over the years and those straps were made differently and I never had any fraying. I am positive straight out of the box that the newer straps will not hold up to even normal wear like the old ones. With the strap made more poorly, it makes me wonder if the bag itself is made more poorly than previous models. I did get an extra strap (wide) to change up the look which I was planning on using sporadically, but now will have to use more often as that one is made like the older model straps. I hope that this materials choice is changed back, as this could be the beginning of the end for Baggallini. I can't imagine I am the only avid user who is not pleased.

If the bag had been as described on the website and in the color I ordered and had somewhere visible the order number so I could easily return it, I probably would have liked it. But it didn't, I didn't, and sent it back. The website had the wrong measurements (noticeably and measurably bigger than described). I ordered the pretty blue print, got some miscellaneous plain blue bag. No order number visible, requiring me to call and get a live human being to find what should have been either on the website, the email receipts I was sent, or in the shipping bag. I have lost a lot of the confidence I once had in this brand and am not sure I will order again.

I've been a Baggallini purse user for years. When my purse gets cruddy after a couple of years I just replace it with another Baggalllini bag. Unfortunately, this bag appeared to be counterfeit. The quality was very poor. Not even close to Baggallini standards. Returned.

I have been a Baggallini user for years. I keep them until they get cruddy and order a new one. This bag I received from Zappos appeared to be counterfeit. Very poor quality, stitching a loose mess, stuffing coming out of parts of the bag. Returned.

I love the style of this bag. It is so light weight with convenient pockets for phone, etc. The front right pocket with the magnetic closure is perfect for my Metro card that I need to have handy. The stitching by the zipper was coming undone after one use. I just got a replacement 2 days ago and the inner fabric pocket is not even stitched down!! VERY POOR Quality Control! So now I have to hand stitch it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and just set it up and threw away the tags yesterday. Now 30% off and nothing I can do about it. Will never order from your site again.

First one was 5-6 years old, second one is about two years old.

I've been buying Baggallinis for years and was excited to be getting a new one. Unfortunately it arrived with the zipper broken. I took it to a tailor but it couldn't be fixed. Now I'm faced with having to send it back with all the hassle that entails. Very disappointing.

I purchased this item in the Quilted fishing pattern as a gift for my sister and it is unfortunate how badly this crossbody is made, my sister didn't want to say anything, but asked me how much I paid for it, after giving her my answer she finally sent me photos of this bag and it's terrible quality! It's even lopsided!
