This belt is stretchy. Hidden beneath the weave of the leather are found substantial elastic bands. So as you move, bend over, or reach up, the belt flexes with you. When I bought the belt, I did not know that the belt has this feature, and I like the elasticity of the belt a lot. The remaining question is how long the elastic will last. A woven leather belt lasts for a very long time. Elastic, not so much. For now, however, I like the belt a lot.

Great belt, fits perfectly with the stretch and it looks fantastic. I wish you made one in black.

By far the comfiest belt I have owned while still being "dressy." The quality of the leather and the fittings are top notch. This has become my go-to daily belt and I foresee this lasting a very long time.

This is an attractive belt that easily pairs with summer outfits including linen pants, chinos and jeans. The belt is a touch on the wide side but fits most belt loops.

This belt is awesome. Handsome enough to wear with slacks, and casual enough to wear with chinos or even jeans. It also stretches to give you an adjustable fit which is an added feature. I love this belt. It's my go-to belt for my business casual workplace.

I LOVE THIS BELT! I bought a pair of cognac Evelyn Chain Sandals and this belt was recommended by J&M as a coordinated accessory. It is VERY beautiful to both look at and feel. I have bought leather braided belts before, and over short periods of time, some of the individual braids have snapped loose because there was no give as I continually fastened them in roughly the same spot; but this one will last because it has endless give! I am a middle-aged woman with lupus and my weight goes up or down as much as 10lbs during flares, so the stretch of this belt will accommodate the fluctuations perfectly without damaging the braiding. I also really appreciate that the belt does not cut into my belly roll (yes, I have a well-earned roll and am not ashamed to admit it) because it moves as I move!

The color and texture of this belt is just beautiful. I ordered it for my husband and loved the look of it so much, I ordered it for myself. That it stretches makes the fit perfect.
