Bad quality. Falling apart very quickly. Looks cheap.

I am very disappointed; the ‘Wide’ feels more like a ‘B’ width. I generally wear a 8.5 W, but had to return them and purchasd the 9 W which fits somewhat better, but because it is too large, the shoe ‘puckers’. One return is enough, I will have to make these work. No complaints about Zappos Customer Service or Return Policy! Unfortunately I could not find a shoe locally and had to look online and now I own a marginally satisfying product. The shoe is more stylish than most ‘comfortable walking shoes’.

I bought these shoes because I needed the color pink that they come in and Trotter's narrow shoes have always worked well for me. I wore them to a graduation and I was miserable. I ended up with blisters on both heels and the arch support was not there. I wish I hadn't worn them because now I am stuck with them.

Very disappointing shoe. Looked chic and well made in the photograph but it looked stodgy on the foot. Also someone had obviously previously tried and returned them and Zappo's hadn't bothered to repack professionally before sending on to me.

Agree with prior reviews. The style is fabulous but the shoe is too wide and looks awkward with walking.

So disappointed. I have always had good luck with Trotters. I have a narrow foot. I usually wear a 9.5. Ordered the 9.5 narrow. Too long and way too wide. Not even close to a good fit.

I bought the Luggage and loved them. Until I wore them for a few hours and the leather on the toes kept peeling up. Sadly, I sent them back. Hoping the suede fares better

Very cute. Too short and my toes are forced into a point. Just not for me.

These were THE ONES, until I wore them around inside for an hour....then the back of my heel at the top of the shoe, screamed at me. I thought maybe a little time would take care of it. Nope...tried for a few days and then found out my 30 year old daughter was having the exact same issue. I am SO disappointed because EVERYTHING else about this cute shoe was awesome. Trotters, you nearly had it!!

Ouch! These felt very snug. I wear a size 7 and these felt tight going on and snug all around. I do not have narrow feet nor do I have wide feet. But, I am not willing to go through a lot of discomfort hoping they will stretch to a comfortable level. Sorry, these are going back.

Color all wrong. Expected Navy

In June 2018 I bought this exact shoe in 8M and it fit perfectly. It's been my favorite show. This year the upper was showing signs of wear so I bought another pair in the same style and same size. In fact it's a completely different (see comparison photos) and although it's marked 8M it's at least a whole size bigger. I've worn 8M in Trotters forever, so these are going back.

This was by no means NERE a size 10. And it wasnt wide at all. My foot couldnt get 1/2 in the shoe. Very disappointed.

The shoes felt tight and they make a loud noise. I can't take squeaky shoes.

THESE ARE THE WORST SHOES EVER!! I WORE THEM ONCE, WITH BANDAIDS, AND THE HEEL WORE OUT AND SO DID THE TOE. DO NOT PURCHASE TROTTERS, THEY ARE NOT A "COMFORT" SHOE

Ouch! So narrow even in a wide size, and even if the shoe hadn't been so pointed in the front, it still would hurt to wear. I am returning and not trying again.

Left shoe felt as if it was incorrect size or tried on a gazillion times. The right shoe felt as if it was right and never tried on but anyone. Odd!

Wore for maybe 2 hours and have a blister on my heel.

The fact that this was marked a DOUBLE WIDE is a complete joke. I could not even get all of my toes in the toebox. Back they go.
