Bought these for the hubby and he loves them...guys stop him all the time and compliment his shoes...only negative is they make a weird hallow popping sound on certain surfaces...but they look great!

These boots only took one day to break in which is unherd of for me. I bought these because my last pair of timberlands had fallen apart from the inside out but still lasted 4 years. I wanted a smooth dark leather boot with a handle to pull them on with becuse my last pair didn't come with any tab or loop which aided in shortening those boots life. They haven't given me any hot spots or rashes from rubbing since I got them. Essentially perfect from the day they arrived. My only problem was the laces that came with the boots. They're fur and weed magnets. I suggest different laces with these boots if you're to purchase this pair.

I love this boot! I wear them for work every day and they last me about 9-10 months. I wish they were more breathable, but this was my 4th time purchasing this exact style and I hope that they never stop making them.

Though, I wear my Earthkeepers casually.
I wouldn't have a problem wearing them
every day. Because, I find them that,
comfortable to wear every day.
I wear size 12 M,
and did not order down in size.
And they fit great!

I have worn my pair of these for the past 3 three winters; everyday between the end of fall to the beginning of spring. And for some camping and hiking trips during the summer as well. I don't have a single complaint about them and I'd buy them over again in a heart beat. Which is what brings me back here. Although, I may just get them resoled once my treads gets too low. I have, and still do, recommend these to my friends and family. Some of whom have even bought their own pairs. A consider my purchace to have been a very wise investment.

Acknowledging that I've only worn them half a dozen times, I have to say I love these boots. I've been looking for quite some time to find a replacement for my old Doc Martens, which I loved and lasted forever, but were always a bit too narrow for my foot. Between my wide feet and the orthotics I have to wear due to fallen arches, finding a comfortable, good-looking, durable boot is like chasing the holy grail. However, this boot accommodated the orthotics without having to pull out the sole cushion and the width is spot on (wide size). They are comfortable, feel great and look great. As of now, I couldn't be happier. Time will tell as far as durability and quality, but no complaints from me so far.
