I never got it and never got reimbursed! Sent 3 messages and never heard back. Ariat use to have better customer service.

Never received shipment. Ordered in time for Christmas gift and received email three days before Christmas that pjs were out of stock and would not ship. Disappointed with no time to order replacement. Wish supplies online were more up to date or at least notify customer sooner.

The one of two pairs I ordered seem to be good quality. The customer service was awful. First time ordering, never received shipping confirmation (yes I checked spam). Emailed about missing pair. Got response they wouyget back to me, never did. Emailed again with no response. Two phone calls later finally was told out of stock. Very disappointed in communication.
