Will not buy again got 8 pairs of sneakers shouldve got better quality

Bad customer experience - i purchased them and never received them. I purchased during black friday. Now they want to give me the money back, but the shoes cost double the price.

I purchased these shoes from the app and was disappointed when they arrived. The pictures of the shoes on the app do not accurately show how wide the sole is in comparison to the shoe. Although a wider sole/base provides more stability, it can also lead to ankle sprains. This was my reason for returning them. My toddler is extremely active and I foresaw these shoes causing him issues. -Physical Therapist Mom

They are light weight so makes a good fit for active toddlers.

Not happy at all with Adidas and won't be ordering again. Ordered a size 5 and received a size 4. Never dawned on me to check until I noticed my son in pain when I put them on. Won't be ordering again

These shoes are so wide at the bottom my son kept tripping every time he'd wear them. Why would Adidas make such wide shoe bases?

The new bottoms for these shoes are massive and make my kid look like they are walking around in clown shoes. I definitely wasn't a fan of the bigger bubble bottoms. Wish they would go back to the old version bottoms that were more sleek and less bulky.

My order never arrived and people do not check to refund my money or have it delivered.
