The shoes that I have received are not the ones I wanted. I was given the wrong shoes that are a size too big and the color is not what I wanted I wanted black and white but i received white and pink.

Well, I cannot comment on the shoes that I bought, as they have not arrived. But I can say that Adidas customer service is terrible.
It took two weeks just to ship out the shoes, and it looks like Australia Post is having its own issues.
Almost three weeks later, and still no shoes.
I purchased shoes from two other brands the same day, and they turned up within the week.
