I was so excited to wear these bb's, color and style. However, website said to size up for half sizes and the shoes are a whole size too big. That would be no problem if the online return center was useful. With most retailers using apps and scannable return labels it feels exhausting to have tried to call customer service several times and then not be able to wait long enough to speak to someone to have them email a return label I then have to print. This color is online only, trying to return to the only retailer around, 45mins from my home (and I have to physically drive by Crocs headquarters to get to Thornton) was disappointing as well, they informed me off the same return policies and could not be directly helpful at the store either. Over all dissatisfied with the whole experience. unless Crocs can get with the times and make online returns manageable I'll be refraining from any more purchases.

Guys, this is a croc with glitter pasted to the platform. You leave glitter everywhere you walk, I already have glitter bald spots in some parts and I've had this for 1 month tops. It's like a DIY, but looks more professionally made. DONT PAY THAT PRICE TAG, IT IS RIDICULOUS! Terrible quality!!!!

These run very narrow. They are also short for length. I always get size 7 crocs but these are way too small. Definitely a no for wide feet. These feel and fit nothing like typical crocs. They are so rigid and stiff and small. Even if I sized up two sizes I can't see them fitting. Returned.

I like the platform and think these will do well while traveling The Motherland and in sand. But I can't believe so many people say Crocs are comfortable while these and the three other pair purchased are anything but inviting and comforting. Delivery took forever. Clearly, I had no idea how popular Crocs are/were/is.

Too bulky and thick!

Sent these back. The big softball looking heel was not cute. I loved the top color and extra cushion, but I could not get past the heel.

The crocs are to platformy for me. They make my feet look big. I need special pants to wear them with.

Too heavy, The Crush Sandal is light & comfortable but not this one.

crocs used to be one of the only shoes i could easily wear having wide feet. was super excited to try these and they're so narrow i had to shove my foot in. the size is smaller as well. it caused horrible blisters because they were so tight. shame on crocs

It's a really nice looking crocs, just as pictured. However, one foot is slightly smaller than the other. I'm disappointed and annoyed because this is the 3rd time I've ordered from your website and gotten two different sizes

Originally I bought a size 8, they were way too big! Looked like a size 10. Literally had two inches of room. Returned them and then ordered a size 7. The size 7 feels too small! Very uncomfortable! With the crocs crush they need to definitely remake this design as the sizing differences are way off.

Honestly, I'm disappointed. I LOVE my crocs and was super excited to get these platform crocs and wear them literally all the time. But unfortunately they fit differently and aren't comfortable for my feet even for a short distance
