Im a 9.5 and got a 10 and these fit much larger than the other classic cozzzy styles. I also ordered these twice and both times they came defective. One had a huge defect in the footbed making them so uncomfortable to even wear, the other had bumps in the footbed that aren't suppose to be there also making them uncomfortable to wear. That pair also was dirty on the soles of the feet. I'm really not happy with the quality of the shoes I am being sent lately. I would expect this from an third party seller or from a second hand store but not from the website directly. I would like more shoes but the quality has been so bad lately I really don't want to buy any because most likely they will also be defective and I do not live anywhere near a crocs store to even return them. Please change or improve your quality control department if you have one there's no reason to send dirty, unwearable crocs to customers.

Very hard and not comfortable, not at all what I was expecting with crocs.

Not sure what happened with these. The were on sale so you get what you pay for. Hard sole that squeaks when I walk. Not able to wear this pair while my old pair are great. Last pair purchased last summer at full price. Going to try once more with the full price pair..

I just wear them around the house and developed tendonitis in my left foot. I had to stop wearing them and no longer have pain in my foot. It took about 2 weeks for my foot to heal. Glad I didn't wear them more.

Horrible, glitter everywhere.. every where I walk I leave a trail of glitter. It falls off with Every step. I had to go back and vacuum my daughters house after visiting. I tries To scrap the glitter off but it was just yuck.

They aren't wearable. One shoe came with part of the lining missing in the middle of the footbed making it extremely uncomfortable to wear. Every single pair I've ordered lately has come defective or in used condition? What is this ?

They stretched and I can't hardly walk with them because elide of my feet.

Did not like

Hard and gave me a huge knot on the bottom side of my foot. Podiatrist recommended I stop wearing them and it is now going away. This doesn't happen to my foot when I wear the classic crocs. I wouldn't suggest these.

I have no experience with the product. I still haven't gotten my product

These were not put together very well at all. Which is disappointing because they were a gift. My sister ended up sending me photos of the stitching coming apart and how the fur was crooked on the shoe. I contacted customer service and got no response via text during business hours

pink fur inside is not pink its red.

Runs to big

I wanted so much to love this shoe. But it digs in to the the side of my foot by the arch.

The color is not as soon on the website. It's very darker than described

Materials feel off, very uncomfortable, not super fuzzy like all the other crocs I bought.

Stitching is coming apart and fuzzy lining wasn't attached to the shoe properly even had a rough hard gluey feeling where the big toe goes!

they arrived bent and the fur did not last long it also flattened. bought about a month ago and they're ugly now.

This shoe size is not true to size. My size is 9. This shoe is at least 10 to10 1/2. I will exchange it at the Croc store. I recently bought a different shoe that I love and the size is a true 9.
