Shoes look as pictured but they run small. The shipping experience was awful! Lost in transit, long delay, and customer service was not helpful. The worst experience shopping with Crocs, and likely the last.

The color is completely wrong, this is a yellow color with grey Sherpa inside. The Sherpa is supposed to be a tan light brown color and the shoe itself should be "bone". It seems like a mix of 2 different shoes. I have bought numerous crocs and I'm very disappointed as these were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

The color bone/mushroom looks totally different from the photos. It's actually an ugly dark brown, I guess they put filters on the photos to make it look cuter? Weird.

Wears well for a week (daily indoor use only). House is clean, as well as the floors. House slipper/sandal household, so no dirty shoes worn in the house. The software inner lining wears down quickly and looks beaten and mangy. Sadly, it was a wasted gift for my mom and she didn't want to tell me.

These shoes need to have a safety recall! I wish doctors would ask what kind of shoes you wearing when you broke your bones. I would love to know what it to have a study done and see how many people with life changing falls were wearing these shoes

Bought these as a Christmas gift and my husband wore them around the house for a few days and started having a horrible pain in his heel, waited for it to go away and then tried wearing them again and it came back. Definitely wish we could return them.

There is no arch support. I had to throw them out! Hurt my feet so bad I had to see a orthopedic doctor. I do not recommend ever.

Ordered the same size as other Crocs models I have. I feel as if the shoes are a size too large. Unfortunately, it does not appear that a lesser size is currently in stock in black and I do not like any of the other colors available in a lesser size. Guess I'm stuck with them. I'm already disabled. Hope I don't trip and fall in these overly large shoes.

Do not buy, the croc material is not supportive like the traditional croc. It was hard and not flexible.

EVERY (3) pair of these I’ve ordered off Zappos, has had weird uncomfortable stitching, which would make them impossible to wear. This will be my 3rd return, very disappointed. The ones I ordered from crocs did NOT have this issue.

Same thing with these, rubbed my feet. Soft inside, but that's it. I gave them to my grand neice. Her feet are slimmer.

These sandals are not very comfortable, as well as being difficult to walk in. There are sharp pieces of plastic on the sides that poke into the foot.
