Instantly in love with these boots! I wear them all the time, they're incredibly comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Unfortunately they are not as durable as I expect shoes of this price to be. Less than 5 months and the stitching between the sole and the has come loose. I'll be contacting chaco to see if they stand by their product. They are also NOT waterproof as claimed. Despite these faults I love them immensely and will order another pair.

I liked these for what I ordered them for (a quick slip-on to run errands in the winter), but wish they came in a black or grey. Mine also had a "jog" in the stitching in the toe that put a sharp corner in the rounded toe. So returning them and will wait for a better color, and hope the quality check is better. I also really wish they were made in 1/2 sizes!

These boots fit at least a half size larger than marked. Since they’re waterproof, I will be able to wear a thick pair of boot socks when the weather turns truly cold, wet and nasty, so I can’t really say as it’s a downside, just that I won’t be able to wear them with regular socks. If you’re looking to wear regular socks with these, I’d recommend trying a half size smaller if possible (I wear an 11, so that’s right out, sadly). The best thing: these boots feel like the most comfortable pair of Birkenstocks I’ve ever worn because of the truly excellent arch support.

This boot does not have the removable footbed that most Chacao shoes have.

Returned because they were oddly loose in the heel. Sorry to have to pass, because I loved the arch support and the style!

I wear a 7 in slip on shoes and 7.5 in boots and tennis shoes. These do not have 1/2 sizes so I ordered the 8. The 8 was ok as far a the length, perhaps a smidgen too long but not a deal breaker. However, they slipped quite a bit in the heel so I had to return them. I have bunions and these boots were easy on them. I did not bother reordering a 7 because I think they would be too short. The style is fine. Not too flashy. Easy to get on for slip on boots. I'm disappointed they didn't work out.

I really wanted these to work. I wish they came in 1/2 sizes. Well made, very comfortable.

I usually can’t buy an enclosed Chaco shoe or boot because 10’s are too short & 11’s too long. The reviews said these ran a half size bigger so I took a chance & they fit great.

Sadly these are unavailable in half sizes so thse don’t work for me.

Tight in toes, slip on heal, stiff material that rubs, overall uncomfortable - doesn't feel anything like my Chaco sandals, which are the only shoes I wear 9 months out of the year!

Arch is strangely placed.

Look cute, but. The arch support was weird.
