Customer Reviews SOREL Explorer™ II Sneaker Low Waterproof

I have several pairs of Sorels, sneakers, boots and even sandals because they tend to be a bit more generous in width than other shoe brands. Unfortunately, that was not the case with these sneakers. Like the other reviewers, I found them to be more snug than usual for my normal size in Sorel. The symmetric shape of the toe box seems a bit odd for a sneaker, and definitely added to the narrow feel. They were also tight at the ball of my foot, the shoe doesn’t have much give. Here’s to hoping that Sorel will bring back the drawstring more relaxed style of sneaker in the future. These are definitely better for the more narrow footed.

Pros: Comfortable out of the box, nice color scheme, and supposedly waterproof Cons: They looked wide and unflattering on my foot, like I was about to go snowboarding or skateboarding For the price I ended up returning just because it wasn't quite the look I was going for, but otherwise it seemed like a quality product

So stylish. I get more compliments on these than any shoe I wear. I wore them traveling and people in the airport were asking me about them. I ordered a size up per the recommendation from Sorel and they fit fine. Could’ve probably done half size. Walked 8 miles around NYC in these in one day and they were perfect.

Love the look of these! Also, I think they’d be good for fall and winter as they feel nice and warm. Just a bit too small (I wear a 10.5…should have ordered an 11). Not room for orthotic inserts. Seem very well made!

I love, love, love this shoe. Unfortunately I have bony ankles and the sides of the shoe rubbed too much on those bony ankles. Wish they would have worked because they felt heavenly

Am on the narrow side of medium width and these fit perfectly. I did buy a half size longer than my normal shoe size. These are warm and comfy. Am excited to wear them this winter.
