Comfortable, but: very comfortable, everywhere but the toe area. I often wear size 10 but I am reviewing a size 11. Even going up in size there was still disproportionate space for the toes compared to the heel and ankle areas. The space inside the boot becomes flatter at the toe box. The toe does curl up a little bit which helps. But there is very little air space there to let the toes breathe and stay warm. I love running shoes with thick, wide soles like Asics Gel Kayano’s and I now have Hoka’s which are fantastic for stable movement combined with a lot of cushion. These Sorels are similar in the sole and that’s what’s especially great about them. I had intended these to be used as warm walking shoes for the winter but each time I thought I'd wear them I felt they were too cramped on the toes even though they are plenty long and roomy everywhere else. They would be better if the toe box area were a bit rounder and had more height. I'm holding out for a new improved model. Dear Sorel, Please keep the ankle as is: flexible, soft and warm. Keep the matte bronze hook and eyelet hardware as is. Please add more height and some width for toes when wearing winter socks.

I read the reviews, so I ordered a half size larger. When I wear thick socks the fit is good. They are a little stiff, but after I wear them, they should soften.

Runs small. Usually a size 8 in a sneaker or boot, but needed the 8.5 in this one. Very Cute!

This is my fourth pair of Sorel's and the first that has not fit me. These run small, at least 1/2 size, maybe a full size, and while I do have wide feet that's never been an issue for me before. I'd suggest sizing up, bummed I'll have to return these.

I got these in sea salt/ black in 8.5. They are super cute cozy and comfy. I typically wear an 8.5 in running shoes and boots including sorels. Upon the first few steps, These felt tight and short in the toe box so am exchanging for a 9. I’ll be doing a lot of winter walking in them so am not gonna gamble on numb toes from them being too tight.

I wear an 8.5 and I could not get my foot inside the boot, at all. I tried the 9... I got my foot in but support tight. They felt comfortable but because they were tight, hard to know. Ordered the 9.5 ... maybe they will be better! But like the boot, good sole! Wish had more fun colors though. And they run narrow. Wear a M width in shoes and these are not M in width.

The toe box was too narrow for my foot. I liked everything else about them, but had to send back because they squeeze my toes. I will try Keen as they tend to have wider toe boxes.

Amazing sole grip and overall style is hip, but has no arch support so they make my feet under pronate. Also, the laces are really thick and boot appears huge relative to other shoes my size.
