Oh, these boots are just what I wanted. They are warm and adorable, but the fit is way off. I ordered a half size up after reading other reviews. Not long enough. My toes reached the tip with no room. They were also very narrow and I do not take a wide in any shoes. Loved the grey color and the style, but had to return because they did not fit. Thank you to Zappos for your quick service.

These shoes are very warm and should be perfect for walking my dog early in the morning when it is cold and damp. Order up a 1/2 size.

I loved these boots except for the color. They look ivory/cream color but they are actually a little peachy in color.

I wanted to size up 1/2 a size but it wasn't available so I tried 1 whole size up which ended up being too big. Otherwise they felt like they would be a great boot. Soft lined inside.

These are beautiful but not enough arch support for me

I ordered a 1/2 size up and my toe was still touching the end. The heel width felt appropriate, so I am a little concerned that the next 1/2 size up still won't be right.

7 and a half was too short, the 8 didn't fit my heel slipped off

I typically wear a size 11 in Sorel winter boots (aize 10.5 in Sorel casual boots). These fit very small, both length and wide.

These looked like marshmallows on my feet, which is not the look i was going for so I sent them back. They were quite comfortable and cozy, though.

Cute, comfortable and warm. Problem for me is the boots rub the backs of my ankle/calf. I purchased them to wear for long walks while traveling. I tried them with thick socks to see if the problem of rubbing against the backs of my “cankles” would stop, but with the socks the shoes were too small.

These are super cute! Fit great and look great for the snow! The only problem is that they aren't tan. I would describe them as having a pale pink overtone. Just not the color I expected. But darling - if you want pale pink.

These were too big on my left foot. Also the arch was a bit too high for me. It unfortunate because I think they're so cute!

The material is very thin with no arch support. I liked the look and style but they are cheaply made.

A little too big, but the largest problem was that it isn't fitted enough around the ankle enough to help keep the boot in place. My socks kept going down into the boot. Very uncomfortable. Cute boot for looks and the sole seems winter weather appropriate, but poor fit for me.

I’m a solid size 10 women’s, and I wanted to love them but they were too small. I returned for a 10.5, which fit exactly like the 10 and was too small. Returned both and gave up. I liked the style and they felt like they would be warm, but oh well.

The 10.5 made my feet look GIANT. They look like mens boots. Returning

I have several other Sorel boots (Glacier II and older style of Tívoli II) but these boots aren’t what I typically expect from Sorel. They still run pretty narrow and I sized up. The issue is there’s so thin on the bottom. I realize I was buying a boot like a tennis shoe, which would be thinner and less clunky for when I needed to run errands, but this boot has even less structure or padding on the bottom than a well made tennis shoe. I recently wore them somewhere where I had to stand on my feet for an hour and they were horrible shoes to wear for that purpose. My feet also get super cold in these that I’d be better off wearing my hiking boots. Unfortunately I’ve worn them so I’m stuck with them and they’ll just sit on a shelf for the most part and the search for a good running around but continues.
