Casual boot. These will be good with jeans and casual pants. I historically went up a 1/2 size for sorrel boots compared to my size in sandals. The last couple pair I ordered were a bit large so decided maybe the issue had been fixed so I ordered my size in sandals. Guessed wrong. These are snug so am hoping they stretch a bit. Right now I cannot wear them all day without experiencing foot pain, so I go back to my older boots.

Ordered the Warp Red, Tawny Buff and there was a huge difference between the shade that is shown online vs. the actual boot. I was going to return to purchase another style and requested complimentary shipping for the return. After a 23-minute call to customer service and being asked to take a picture of it and email them, I was told "it looks the same as the picture". Definitely sending them back after this experience...and this may just be my last pair (I've purchased several). So disappointing.

I bought these boots about 3 mos. ago and love them so much I had to come back and find my order to leave a review. My Daddy used to wear lace-up work boots and they remind me of him, rugged but modern. They are the only pair of boots with a heel I can wear all day! I bought the tan before they went out of stock. If you are considering these boots you wont be sorry. I wear them just about every day!

I had my eye on these boots for months and was thrilled to see them go on sale. After purchasing, I had an issue with shipping (not Sorels fault, but still an inconvenience). When they arrived, the shoes were clearly worn, with grim and gravel on the soles, and inside I had a lovely surprise: very used footbeds from Birkenstock that the last buyer must have forgotten to remove before shipping them back. After reviewing the returns policy online, where shoes can only be returned in new, unworn condition and are inspected for their original condition once received, I contacted Customer Service, both by chat and by phone. I am disappointed with the policy: my only option is to ship the boots back and wait 7-10 days for a refund. The gentleman on the phone was very kind, and did his best to see if I could receive a partial refund or credit (I like the boots!) but apparently Sorel only allows full returns and waiting around for your refund. Im sending the boots back, so be warned buyers: this pair might slip past their inspection once again and cycle back to your doorstep when ordered.

I normally wear a size 6.5-7 and bought these boots in a 7. They were utterly ginormous on me, with at least an extra inch in the footbed. Also strangely narrow at the same time. Definitely returning

I gave these two stars because they're so cute however, they are incredibly uncomfortable to wear. There's no arch support for those that need it. Leather discolors easily.

Cute but so uncomfortable. I wore them twice and don't think I'll be able to again. Sad.

Apparently I have wide feet and didn't realize until I started buying Sorels. I usually wear a size 8 shoe. The last sorels I bought, I had to go a size up. This time off the bat, I went a size up. Too tight and pinch. Went another size up to 9s and also didn't fit either. Super bummed and now have a foot complex. Also there return process is terrible.
