It came as it was used, the left side is totally been used and looks dirty. I didnt return it because I dont want to go through the return process. But I definitely not going to order anything online again as long they dont check the shoes before shipping it.

True to size. Bought these for my son and he loves them. They can be dressed up or down. Great quality.

I like the boot however it was a little tight. I wore the boot inside the house and watch some TV and after awhile I felt that the boot did not breath as my feet felt warm. Maybe that is because they have been treated to be water proof, which is what attracted me to the boot.

Love em. They're all day shoes. Grip great in the snow and ice. Would recommend.

They are very warm. However the website sugguest sizing up and I disagree i feel they might run large not by a lot.

The boots were a bit stiff when I first tried them on. Sorels website, at the time, advised that the boots fit to size. Sorels size guide advised me to get a size 11. I sized up to be safe, and got size 12. I could feel my big toe pressing against the front of the boot. I wore them that way for a while to break them in. They didnt get any more comfortable, so I replaced the Sorel insole with some gel insoles. They felt 100% better. They were comfortable, and didnt feel too tight. So, thats the way I wear them. I assume that they are a solid quality boot. I havent owned them long enough to speak on their waterproofness and durability. Theyre nice looking.

Birthday present for my husband and he loves them and said they are very comfortable! They look great on and are sturdy for the colder weather in Colorado. Purchased his normal size.

This is my second pair of Sorel Chelsea Boots. I had high hopes for these as my first pair were fantastic and I wore them for almost three years. Unfortunately, these boots have one major flaw. The area around the heal has a very hard and sharp lip where the fabrics meet to make the heal support which I found digs into my heal. Perhaps someone with a different shaped foot will not find this to be an issue, but for me it was so uncomfortable that I can't wear the shoe. I've tried the shoes out twice with different thickness of socks hoping a little extra padding would help, but I still end up with blister-like red spots on my achilles area. Aside from that one major flaw, the boots look sharp, and seem to be made from really nice materials.

Not nice it was cheap and seemed like suede. I returned!

I was very disappointed at the quality of this boot, I could not even get it on without it hurting my heal.

Too narrow without the usually generous toe box.. Did not fit the way my husband's 3 other pairs of Sorel boots fit. He did not like the suede finish, it was very rough. The description did not say that they were suede, other color options were not.
