I received a different item and different sizes Unfortunately I found out that when I arrived home (saudia arabia)

I asked for an exchange and size and I received the same pair back.

I never got it and it's been a hassle trying to return what they sent me

Product is great but customer service is horrible. I will never buy another Adidas product again.

i never got my shipment ! so quick to take my money and have to wait 4 weeks for invesitagtion and then another 14 days for money refund that ill hopefully get

Unfortunately I didn't receive this order for my son...

2nd pair within LESS than ONE YEAR.... who the heck keeps receipt's for that long?! It's like they expect me to want to return or claim warranty! So long adidas.

I order this for my son and the size chart was not helpful . When the 12K size came in and was small I did a exchange for a 13.5 size. After waiting 2 weeks the exchange finally came in . Box says 13.5K and the shoes inside say 12.5K. I was so disappointed . I contacted customer service and send the photo they asked . No response . After that I tried to exchange again and the system will not let me do another exchange , just a return . Very very disappointed

Ripped after 4 wears. Talked to customer service and was told because they are currently out of stock that I had two options: to process a regular return for a refund or to monitor my email for the item to restock then basically hope its still within the return time frame to get a new pair sent. So now I will be returning and not buying kids sneakers from here again. Unfortunate because my son liked these but we buy one shoe per season and expect it to last. With all our free time, now we have to go find a new pair of shoes, again; very annoying overall.

Ordered a 3.5 size shoe and they shipped me a size 5. Will never order from Zappos again. Oh and it been almost a month and I’m still waiting for my refund.
