I ordered a pair of black adidas and you sent me a pair of PURPLE shoes, PURPLE!!!! Not sure how you got it so wrong!

The color was black but looked purple . Definitely not a boy color

The color was way off the actual picture it's black but when you open the box it's purple

I have purchased several different colors of this shoe. I did this because of a back injury and I finally found a shoe that is simple awesome but. This particular pair was purchased in March of 2024 and is only worn a couple times a month, I call them my dress shoes. As you can see in the photo the eyelets for the laces simply fell off. I understand that Adidas has terms but if the shoe falls apart and it's only been worn about a dozen times to church, I would think a company would stand behind their product. I guess it's time to start the process of finding another shoe/company that my back can tolerate. Thanks for the memories.

Shocked adidas messed this up . Would love to speak with a representative

I ordered the Aurora Black shoes. What I got looks more like Aurora Purple. Comfortable, but the color is not as advertised.

App didn't list shoe color when browsing so going off by pictures it looked like the regular black, but is actually very obviously purple in natural lighting (outdoors). Had to double check my order history after it had arrived to see if I was sent a wrong pair, and there it actually lists the color as "aurora black." Not a color theorist but it's definitely more purple/indigo than it is black. I'll see if a family member or friend vibes with the color more, else I'll probably just return it.

I purchased these because they are names black. They arrived and they are clearly purple and not black. You can see the comparison to the black ones I have.

Aurora Black ones are not black at all but purple highly disappointed

Never received my items. Ontrac was the carrier and never delivered my items. I got an email that my package was delivered at 11:30pm but nothing was left at my door and the driver didn't even ring the bell. Ontrac should verify deliveries by taking a photo to confirm.

Was disappointed that the sizing is way off my son always wears a 10 1/2 an Adidasand these were so big. They look great it's just unfortunate

Love adidas shoes excellent quality and fit. Adidas shoes just fit my foot better than the competitors.

Inconvenience needs to be returned product is second hand

Did not fit comfortably. Too small for a size 14....

I have had a couple pairs of this same line of shoes, and these are off on the size, and they just overall felt really cheap. I returned them as they were too big. I have a pair of insoles in my current pair of NMD's size 8.5, and these new ones are at least 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch bigger. And while my current pair feel well built and have almost a year and a half of daily wear through workouts and hockey rinks, these new ones didn't feel like they'd last more than a couple months. Too bad, really a cool looking shoe!

Blisters! These used to be my go to sneakers. Adidas has now added material to the back top of the sneaker. I had two blisters where they rubbed me all day. I bought another pair hoping it was just a mishap, nope same. I had to cut that extra piece off both pair so I can wear without being uncomfortable.

I purchased the shoes when I opened the box there were 2 right shoes. Apparently the shoes are now out of stock. Not a big fan of adidas right now.

IT IS VERY HARD TO WEAR IT, AND NOT COMPFORTABLE. I HAVE BOUGHT ONE BEFORE , IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE. I DONT' KNOW SHY THE SECOND ONE NOT GOOD,

The middle part of my feet is wider than the width of the middle part of the shoe bottom. I have worn many adidas shoes and i have never had this problem

It's not comfortable. Every time I'm walking Id have to adjust the comfort of my foot and move it around

Terrible quality, fell apart the first time putting them on and had to return them.

Wore them for about a week and the back is all ripped up and tore

I have bought a lot of Adidas gear over the years and have always been happy with my purchases, this changed when I purchased these shoes I am so disappointed with them they are so uncomfortable to wear in fact I cant even wear for more than 30 mins. Definately a waste of money on these ones.

i've order it in australia ang the delivery location is in new zealand, but it didn't received by the person

Actually, the product was ok but not what I expected. I'm more disappointed that this item was returned nearly two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.
