Ive used these in my powerlifting meets this year for squatting and they have drastically improved my balance. They provide great ankle stability.

These are my leg day shoes for nearly 2 years now. I havent bought any new training shoes because I have not been able to find another shoe that is good for me. These , awesome. Stylish. Fits comfortable. Durable.

Size and width are both accurate and it feels like the construction is well done. I really like the subtle colors that alternate between the left and right shoe.
