I have owned these sneakers before and like them. My delivery went to the wrong address. Before I ordered these I had placed an order for a different adidas sneaker a few weeks prior. They came in and they were the wrong size. Box said 13 which is correct. Sneakers in the box were 11s. I mailed them back and am waiting for reimbursement. The sneakers I bought back in September were comfortable but soon the insoles came apart and bunched up and made them uncomfortable, rather than go through the hassle of sending them back I just threw them out and bought the next pair that were the wrong size. I like the sneakers, just haven't had great experience with last 3 pairs.

not comfortable at all, you feel like the actual sole or something under foot, in 3 places.

This the worst bottom shoes I ever owned it's wired it's got really bad only Wear one day

I would like refund for this. I don't recommend this

These are the noisiest shoes I've ever worn. I've only worn them twice and had to stop. They squeak with every step I take. I can't wear them anywhere quiet like school, the library or just about anywhere.

Ordered pair of women's shoes and was sent these in mens

it's been only a week and they started to get torn from side the quality is so poor

The package should have arrived today, but FedEx is showing it somewhere in PA and not firm delivery date, making this experience quite horrible

Avoid this shoe at all costs, it's flimsy but blocky, terrible design

Its very comfortable and i like the shoes very much

Great shoe. Horrible retail operations. Do yourself a favor: find the shoe you like, read up on it's details, pros and cons, reviews...then purchase at a real retailer who knows the importance of the customer and has processes that serve the customer.

Weird design. Received wrong color. Returned back.

Got delivered a shoe with a hole in the front. Customer service said to go to an adidas outlet to start an exchange. When i mentioned that the nearest outlet is a 3 hour drive away, i was told i need to go there to exchange it per adidas policy. Terrible customer service.

I want to return the product, even I send in email but no one response me , product is stupid shoes
