Im on my feet all day at the coffee shop and I wanted a durable boot that would not only look stylish but be practical as well. They are easy to clean and wipe down any spillage and stickyness. They also make me feel safe with the tread on the bottom. There is always water everywhere and many things to slip on. The only thing I would do is add a more comfortable insert. Im on my feet for 9 hours straight and I do feel my feet get pretty tired towards the middle of the day.

I really like the way these boots look, and that they comply with my sites safety toe standards. I would like to see a little more cushion. Ill be buying some inserts for these. For not much walking they are great, but all day constant movement left my feet tired. Otherwise great product.

These are super cute shoes. I should have ordered them wide. By the time I realized it was the steel toe that was too narrow, I had already started showing wear on the shoes. I still wear them, but not as often.

Theyre cute and fun but Ive got a couple things to nitpick. The zipper is not locking. Ive had the shoes for almost a month and the zipper only stays zipped up halfway through the workday. (Minor inconvenience to me but may be major to some.) I dont know if my feet are weird (they probably are) but I had to remove the insole and replace it with one of those massaging gel ones. The heel was just too high that was causing my right heel to get really bad blisters no matter the amount of moleskin or squishy socks. The minute I took out the liner and replaced it, it dropped my heel down just enough to be the comfortable fit I was hoping for. So all in all, would I get these again? Probably not. Do I like them? Theyre cute and lighter than my other pair so yes. Would I give them a 5/5? Not just yet.

I love what you all do- and am happy to be wearing your boots on shift. Theyre a little narrow in the toes but otherwise comfy! Thank you for the shoes!

I got the vegan EH safety zip up boots. I do like them a lot. I had to exchange them 3 times to get the right fit. I went up a half size as recommended and it was not the right fit for me. They were way too big, so I kept going down by a half size until I got it right. Other than that, they are great!

Though I havent worn the shoes too many times, the times I have worn them Ive been really impressed. Theyre very sturdy, well-made and way cuter than any other comparable work boot. I wear them when I have to go out and run errands and they totally look like part of an outfit. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because I wear a US size 11, and they dont do half sizes for the large sizes (I think once you get above 10). I ended up going with a 12 because I knew Id be wearing thick wool socks most of the time, and it was the right choice, but I do find them a bit too long for my foot. I would consider buying another pair as the sizing stands right now, but if they ever do half sizes above 10, Im all-in and will definitely buy more.

Comfortable and easy to break in. I usually wear an 8.5, ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. Only downside is I wish they were a little more slip resistant. Overall though these are a quality boot and I know just to wear them on days that I am more on the restaurant, and less slippery, side of my job.

These boots are beautiful & functional! I feel safe on when I visit our sites, and most importantly, I can wash them off at the end of a trip and put them in my suitcase. I have four stars because the toe is very narrow, and theres no wide option. After about three days in these boots, my feet are feeling squished! I also slipped while outdoors on a small slope and some loose soil. I know the tread isnt meant for that but perhaps xena would start to offer boots for folks not always on hard, compact surfaces?

Love these boots! They are protective and cute! I love the zipper. I hate to deal with laces that are too tight, too loose, or come undone. So convenient to put on and take off. Great coverage and I need all that protective stuff while working with sharp tools and uneven ground and various terrain. The only thing that didnt make it to 5 stars was the comfort. My feet are always in pain after a long day and the soles are quite thin and flat. No real comfort there. I had to add in my own soles for more comfort.

They seem to be holding up well so far. Only took s couple of days to break in.

Great boots! Comfortable and professional all at once. I can go into the office and a job site without having to change shoes! I personally prefer the zipper on the inside rather than the outside of the boot, but nonetheless a great fit!

I got these shoes as a more professional looking steel toe when I transitioned from journeyman in the field to project manager. They are comfortable and very good looking shoes. I treated the leather before wearing and highly recommended you do too. The leather is great quality but without creams/protectant theyll start looking like my loggers in no time. Only arguably major downfall of these shoes is that the zipper is on the outside. Im currently three months pregnant and Im not sure Ill be able to get to the zipper where it is once Im massive as easily as I could if the zipper was on the inside of the boot. At the end of the day I still throw one foot up on my other knee and reach for a non existent zipper on the inside just to end up stretching down and reaching for the outside of the shoe. Its going to get pretty comical in another few months. Also- size up half a size as suggested. Im normally a roomy 7 and got the 7-1/2 and it fits exactly like my 7s in other boots.

Great shoes, well made and comfy. One of the straps broke on the second day but its in a place where I can sew it. They definitely run small! Size up!! And if you want to wear insoles size 1 full size up! Please take their advice and break them in before you wear them, overall great shoes though.

Beautiful and cute. The only female steel-toes I have been able to find that I love. This is my second pair. They do scuff quite easily (at least with what I do) and I needed a replacement within a year because the boot lost all of its support in the foot and ankle. But when I needed a new pair I went right back and bought another. Not to mention the adorable notes and personal experience you get with this company. I hope Xena can continue to develop their boot to make them more durable and stronger as well as last longer, but until then I will still be a customer :)

These shoes are so cute! I am very impressed with the versatility of these shoes. You can go from the hotel, to the airport, to the lab, to meetings, and onto the plant floor without ever having to change shoes. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. The ONLY reason why I did not give these 5 stars is that mine weathered a little too easily. As a result of this, I try to save them for important days when I need a little extra confidence boost :)

These boots look great. They took a little bit of break in/get used to time. But they're pretty comfortable. They're not as comfortable as lace up, chunkier boots but they're acceptable. It just depends on if you prioritize style slightly higher than comfort. I get new steel toes every year and I'd normally prioritize comfort way over style but I wanted to try these out and so far I'm pretty happy with them.

It takes about a week to break them in but theyre a comfortable stylish boot! They are heavy from the steel but it doesnt feel like youre dragging a brick on your foot like other boots.

I got these boots for a summer internship and I love them! Unfortunately after 4 wears the pull tab broke, but Xenas was great with communicating and offered to fix them at no cost. They were able to make a bad situation good again.

I sooo wanted to love these. They are beautiful boots, solidly constructed, and meet all the safety requirements I needed. However, even after trying 2 sizes, they aren't going to work for me. The length was fine, and they felt good on my big toe, but the steel toe cap rubbed on my 4th toe, even in the wide size (I do wear a wide shoe). I felt like they would be uncomfortable even after broken in due to the toe cap issue. So sad I have to go back to my Cat boots that have overly wide ankles (but the toe caps don't rub).

Unfortunately neither size I tried was quite right. The quality of the boots was evident but unfortunately the ankles ran loose on me even when I sized down.

Love the shoes. They look great and feel great. The only thing is I wish they offered the shoes in composite toe as they set off the metal detectors every time.

Boot looked great but it felt very narrow. Please make wider options for size 11/12.

I just took on a new role in Quality and I was so excited to finally have a reason to support Xena. I love fashion and now I love that I can go into a customer looking professional and put together while still maintaining the highest level of safety. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the right boot rubs a bit on my ankle, but I think if I wear higher socks and break them in a bit they will be fine. Thank you, Xena for helping me be my true badass self in this industry!

These are great boots! I wanted a replacement for my standard Chelsea leather boots, and a work shoe that was a little less intense than my Red Wing safety boots. These are perfect for that and Ive been wearing them as an everyday shoe as well! My only areas of comment are regarding the zipper placement and inner footbed liner. I keep reaching to unzip them from the instep side like other boots I own, but this zipper is on the outside which is a tiny bit awkward. The inner liner is also really smooth, and my feet tend to slide forward into the more-narrow toebox. I like the toebox because it makes the shoes a little more fashionable, but if you have widespread toes from sneakers or other shoes it may feel tight. Highly recommend and Id buy them again - I may even get the other color too!
