These are the best safety shoes out there for women, hands down. Don't hesitate to buy them. I am typically a size 7.5 in dress shoes, booties, very occasionally do I need to size up to 8. I sized up to 8.5 for these so my toes wouldn't be super snug. I was worried that big toe bashing on the safety toe would cause some bruising. The mid section is too big. I think I will add arch supports to take up space and hopefully that will help. Also, the zipper isn't very smooth, but I can basically slide these on because of the large midsection

My sister and I own and operate 8 authorized Kenworth Truck Dealership locations throughout NH, ME and VT. This means that undoubtedly we are on the shop floor quite often. I purchased these back in 2020, and I was so excited that someone made their way into this market! One thing I deal with constantly is the boot allowance for our technicians - I appreciate all of my techs more than anyone will know, but I'm glad that as a woman in a man's industry, I don't have to wear them! For the most part, I wear a medium width shoe - however the first time I wore these, I was surprised at how narrow the toe box felt to me. Is this true with all of Xena's footwear? Or just this style in particular? I really do love the styling and while I don't wear them as much as I'd like to, I'd like to give another pair a shot if the toe box is a tad (and I mean just a tad) roomier. Any advice?

I absolutely love the boots. I did read the recommendation that says to get the half size up. And some days if Im walking around a lot it does rub on the pinky toes a bit and it bends where the edge of steel toe is but for the most its comfortable.

The toe is still a little bulky in look, but hey it's a steel toe. I ended up having to exchange for my normal size 8.5, going up a half size made my heel slip. I tried to wait through the break in period to review. I feel rubbing in the toe area, I hope this goes away as they break in. I usually by good inserts for my steel toes, I was hoping to not have to for these, but I may. there is not as much arch support as I though there would have been for the cost of these. Overall they are much more stylish, and I think with more break in will be more comfortable than my others without inserts.

I just got these and havent figured out everything with the sizing yet but I wanted to post that the color of the green is a LOT more olive drab than what is shown in the pictures. Beautiful, well made, lovely shoe. But not the eye grabbing grass green I was expecting. Ill likely swap these for the black if I can get them in the right size.

The shoes are beautiful. I did have an issue with the sole splitting off after just a few days of wear, but the company was helpful to resolve it. They offered to have the shoes repaired, however I wasnt able to take advantage of that as I cant send my shoes away and then be without safety shoes for my job for any length of time due to company policy at my employment. So they refunded $40 of my purchase instead and provided helpful instructions as to how I could fix them myself- which Ive done, with good success (fingers crossed it stays that way)! I get a ton of comments about my lovely shoes and I love that they dont look like regular big clunky work boots.

I love my Xenas. This is my second pair. I have the Niva boot also. These dont fit quite as well as my boots but they are super cute and stylish. Im still working on breaking them in but the toe area could use some more room.

Ordering was easy, they shoes were delivered in the expected time frame. They are high quality and look very nice. The heal was a little higher than I expected and the safety toe squeezes the metatarsal in my foot.

I really like the right shoe.. but the left has something going on that hurts. Where the steel ends is almost too narrow and bites into my toe. Again, only for one shoe. The other is great

These boots are super cute and it does take about 3-4 days to break in but they're not meant for more than 8 hours on your feet, I don't think. My toes started to feel scrunched from walking the dining room floor and they're quite heavy from the steel toe so it felt like carrying weights around my ankles. I still like them and will use them on occasion but they won't be my everyday work shoes.

Theyre beautiful and not clunky at all. I typically wear an 8.5 and sized up to a 9 which was a good decision. I went with 4 stars versus 5 because the right shoe is just slightly different than the left. I dont think its my feet. That said I was easily able to resolve with a different sock on that foot. They did advise wearing around house first to ensure right size which I should have done but I was too excited!

The shoe is well made and Ive had compliments on how good they look (even from male coworkers). I did go half a size up as recommended, which gave the worth needed. That does mean my foot slips forward a bit so my toes are a bit tired at the end of the day but Im looking to see how I might increase the cushioning to compensate. Have recommended them to my colleagues!

Let me start by saying I love these boots. I work selling heavy, raw materials (hardwood, steel stock, 50lb bags of dry material), and often operate a pallet jack. Needless to say, I'm definitely always trying to protect my toes, but looking professional while performing the retail aspect of my job is important to me, too. I'm only rating 4/5 stars because I found them to have insufficient arch support for my feet. I've never had an issue like this with a boot before, and it was pretty noticeable while not disruptive. In the end, I spent money buying some arch support inserts, and now they truly are the perfect pair of boots for me.

Love my new Xena's! I am in upper management at a chemical plant and they really help me to feel tied together, while still allowing me to wear a shoe I can wear into the plant. They took a little getting used to with the toe box feeling a little tight at wider part of my foot, but after a few days of wear they're much better!

Shoes are a little small (thus making my toes a little uncomfortable) but Im a size 5 and theres no size 5.5 besides that super cute and go with everything

I love how stylish these safety shoes are. They do take a couple days to break in but have gotten more comfortable over time. I will say they feel pretty heavy but its expected being steel toe shoes. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something more stylish however they are not the most comfortable because of the weight it puts on your ankle.

I love the look of them & received compliments the first time I wore them. they are a little snug in the toe area due to the shape, so they rub the sides of my feet a little.

Really like them. I'm just not used to heels so can't wear them every day yet.

The boots are really nice. After three days of breaking them in, they are more comfortable than when they first arrived. I do wish the top didnt pucker as much, but overall a nice looking boot and comfortable. Would love it if there was a lace up version sometime soon with a smaller heel; if so then yes I would buy again !

Beautiful shoe. High quality and definitely worth the money. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they do not offer a wide option in the smaller shoes and I can't size up a half size because then they are to big and slide (my sister literally got a half size bigger in the exact ones I bought). Other than that they are perfect and I will order more from this company. Maybe in the future they will have more of a demand for small wide feet! :)

Y'all these are very narrow. You know how sometimes you can just size up one in regular width? You can't with these. And they are super durable, so much harder to break in than I thought they would be. Beware - wait for your size!

These shoes take a bit to break in, and I wouldn't recommend them if you're on your feet 7+ hours. They're great for my shorter or slower days. But long shifts or days I don't get a chance to sit down, they can really start to hurt.

Thanks for coming up with such beautiful, stylish and sexy Safety shoes for women. Especially the ones with big feet.
