These are so bright and pretty! We got the medium width for my daughter's foot without the brace and the wide width for the for with the brace. I love that we can buy two different sizes too. I hope more colors become available in wide width because it worked great with her brace!

This width (extra wide) is amazing! they are perfect over his bulky AFO's. We do wish there was a larger selection though. The zipper is coming apart at the toe though. Strangly it is not is a stressed area.

We love billy shoes. The design work great for my sons wide afos. The zipper makes it very easy to get on and off and the size is perfect.

They are pink, my favorite color. I love that they zip over my orthotics easily. The design for his girly girl was just perfect! I highly recommend for anyone struggling to find shoes to fit over their orthotics!

I am pleased that the D/R design has a thicker heel. We were having to buy replacement Billy's often because the heel would get big holes in them from my daughters AFO's. I hope these will withstand longer, so far so good.

These shoes fit perfectly around my son's braces, and light enough that he doesn't have a problem walking in them! Will definitely buy again!

Wide width worked well over my daughter's ankle braces. This is probably the 5th pair of this sneaker style she's had and they are all great. These high tops in wide width are the most trusted to fit over afo whereas other styles (low top and jogger) have a smaller toe bed that don't work over her braces.

Our daughter has orthotics and these shoes make it so easy to get on and off with the zipper and being available in a wide size. They fit great and make our lives easier!

There is a big difference between the Toddler and Big Kids! The first thing you notice is width and two inserts!! New AFO's (braces) coming so they will def accommodate width & bulkiness of the new ones! The color was exactly as she wanted only brighter and blingier!!

It was so fortuitous that I discovered Billy Footwear. As an autistic adult I do sometimes struggle with laces and shoe fit. OK, I struggle a LOT with fit and my laces always come undone as a result. Billy offers so many sizing choices for adults and kids, that through a small amount of trial and error and with some judicious measuring, not easy when you live on your own, I have the right fit. This is also my second pair, and won't now be the last either! AND just look at all the styles and colours! Comfort of these High Tops is supreme, and closure is so easy. I live in the UK, and delivery was a doddle. The whole ordering process was a simple task, again that helps me LOADS. Truly, these probably arrived just as easily and at the same price as if I'd ordered over here. Did I mention the colours? Two-tone pink rocks! Anyway, if you are at all in doubt, at all hesitating, just do what I did and measure your foot, pick the style and colour, and just order. I'm sure you won't regret it!

The width works great with the shoes if I have to go up in size due to inventory. The soles are great, they last a long time and they are non slip. The shoes fit around the braces leaving a little wiggle room which is good because if they are too tight my son complains.

It is our second pair in this style. It fits the brace easily. Our grand daughter walks great in these.

8 XW with Zipper These shoes have been a lifesaver for us. Since my daughter has orthotics, these are the only shoes that fit around them. She is always on the go and so happy to be walking around wearing her AFOs, red zipper high tops, and her gait trainer.

My son has bilateral clubfoot and uses daytime AFO braces. It's been a challenge finding a shoe to fit over them and we were so excited to find Billy shoes! Without the brace, my son is a size 9 w, with his brace we use a size 10 extra wide. They fit great and he absolutely loves them! We're so happy to have found these!

Absolutely LOVE these shoes! It was SO HARD finding shoes once my son got his orthotics until his physical therapist told me about Billy Shoes. We live near Woodlands TX where a store front carried them. Unfortunately they closed down due to COVID so now our only way of getting Billys is online but given the quality and fun looks I'll continue being a repeat customer. My son wears WDR width(Wide) /size 11 US Little Kid with his current orthotics.

We buy Billy's for our son primarily for the use with his AFO's. We have tried many styles of others and nothing works as easily as Billy's. The opening makes it easy to put on and off, the width selection is great! Fit true to size (measure AFO).

Yes we purchased Billy Wide shoes, but sure wish they would come in other colors, as they seem to go very fast. My daughter wears AFO's and we need the wide, but at times the zipper separates too fast

These fit perfectly with my AFO and they look awesome! I love the camo color and design. I love that I finally found shoes that are practical for my chronic ankle issues and fit my ankle braces but still look awesome!

I love that I finally found some cute and functional shoes! Having an AFO requires me to have wider shoes, and the width options of the D/R collection are perfect. The big kids shoes going up to a size 9 is not something I've seen anywhere else, and it's exactly what I need. Plus, the style is super cute!

Everything is good and its idea is good, suitable and easy to wear for children with special needs. I would like to thank you for the wonderful idea.

Love the shoes. They fit my sons afos great. Easy on easy off. He takes the soles out as the dr recommended and that helps give him more room. Will continue to buy this style! Thanks!
