I will start by saying I very reluctantly returned these. They are incredibly comfortable - butter soft leather, pillowy footbed, and exactly what I was looking for - an elegant flat to wear with dress pants. The only reason I returned them is the pointed toe made my already large foot (I am 5' 3" with a size 9-9.5) look much bigger. I believe they will be fine for most people, but for me personally they were unflattering and I probably need something more round or almond-shaped. As mentioned, I am usually between 9 & 9.5, based on reviews I purchased these in 9 which ordinarily would be kind of tight but I felt they fit more like a 9.5 (the back strap was a tad loose). I'd say they run a bit large if you are on the fence about sizing. I would be concerned that with more wear the back strap may stretch out and become looser and there is no way to adjust it.

I Love the style and fit of those shoes! More importantly your website is so well designed for the customer-so very easy to use-effortless!! Zappos has it all together-even knew what I had recently looked at(Speak Up Flats) and had the name right on the top of the bar so I could click on it when I came back to reorder and didn't have to search for it!

These Franco Sarto sling backs are gorgeous. I ordered mine in camel and they're the perfect "essential" shoe, in the fact that they fade into the background of an outfit while making your whole look very chic (there are little details on the heel you can't see in the Zappos pictures!). I am an 8 in every shoe I've ever purchased but this one felt half a size too big. Order down a size if you have regular, narrow feet. I'm returning mine for a size smaller but I am happy about this shoe!

I really wanted these to fit. They are so cute. I kept losing the strap off the back of my heel.

Sad I had to return these as they ran slightly large.

Cute shoe but no adjustment for the back strap so they would we like flip flops walking down the street.

Hate to return since it's difficult to find a good soft leather shoe, but the footbed was slightly narrow in the middle causing the side of my foot to hang off the side. The pointed toe made my size 7 foot look like a size 9.

This shoe is adorable but there is NOT enough support on the open side to support the foot. I am so disappointed! They are so feminine

i wore these shoes around the house and thought it was a good fit so i wore them to work. unfortunately, as the day went on the strap in the back just stretched out more and more to the point where i don't think i'm going to be able to wear them as they are "flapping" now. had that happened before i wore them out of the house, i would have returned them. makes me sad that i've spent a good amount of money for shoes i now cannot wear.

The shoe, on the right foot , has two cuts near the instep of the shoe. This is why I'm returning the shoe. It is damaged. Also the front toe style is too long. There is space at the top that is too narrow for my toe to fit in. So the top of the show, where the toe fits, doesn't fit. It is too narrow. These is empty space but still, the shoe doesn't fit.

Beautiful shoes but they run very large.
