I have an ankle injury that often makes shoes like this uncomfortable but I wanted to try them as they are super cute. They are true to size but the ankle strap was uncomfortable for me and I also worried that the toe strap would be uncomfortable if you were wearing them for a long time like a wedding, etc. Very cute though and may work for most people.

The fit is perfect for me. I can be a 7.5 or 8, and in this shoe I am a solid 8. The block heel feels solid and sturdy; and the strap across toes is true Jack Rogers style of circles. Comfortable padded footbed. And the heel has the right amount of height. Love this shoe. I purchased in black.

So cute but the strap across the front is impossibly narrow. It hurt to walk 15 feet on carpet. I doubt they’ll ever stretch enough to be comfortable, and I couldn’t justify the cost with only a possibility they could be professionally stretched. It’s too bad because I love the style. They really seem made for a narrow foot.

The tow is really narrow, but since the shoes are leather, I feel good about breaking them in. Heel height is great and the block heel is super stable.

The leather upper and footbed of these heels feel like you are slipping on a supple well made leather glove! Beautiful shoe design and amazing comfort right out of the box. I did need a to size up to 7.5 rather than 7 BUT that is not too unusual for me especially with heels. Zappos makes returns & exchanges wonderfully simple...Thank you for that. I liked these ankle strap dressy shoes so much that I ordered both white & black for wardrobe versatility.

These heels are wonderful! The leather upper & footbed is soft & felt like slipping on a sumptuous leather glove! The heel height is perfect for me b/c I am no longer able to wear or walk in higher heels than this 2 1/2". I love the feminine look of the ankle strap & it was quite comfortable around my ankle. The leather Jack Rogers signature band across the top of the foot is also comfortable and very attractive. For dressing up these heels are perfect. I bought both the white & black for wardrobe versatility. I did need to size up one half size b/c my usual size 7 was just a tad too tight. Zappos exchanges/returns are the best!!!

I usually wear a 7 Narrow, so I was concerned that these would be too wide. Not so! The fit is perfect. The quality and style are really beautiful. This is my first pair of Jacks but I love the quality of the leather and the stylish design, so I will definitely buy more of this brand. As always Zappos was spot on with the shipping and service. I LOVE Zappos!!!!

I absolutely love these shoes! The look is perfectly what I wanted! The fit across the toes is far from perfect, however. I can’t decide yet if I can wear around the house to stretch a little or get some stretchers because that’s how much I love them. I don’t see them lasting comfortably through a wedding.

Overall the shoe is comfortable. Only improvement is that the ankle strap needs to be a touch longer for those with a larger ankle.

Pretty shoe but at my size, 11, it was a tad too short. I could probably have gotten away with it but then the strap across the foot is not wide enough for a medium width foot. It felt too tight and made it not as comfortable as it could/should be to walk in. Also, I have a bunion and that did not fit in under the strap. Have never had that happen so I know the strap is too narrow. At the price point of the shoe, it needed to fit perfectly for me to keep it. Had to return it.

Adorable shoes for summer, but the toe is very very narrow -- so much so that I there is no way the leather would stretch enough. Sad to be sending these back!

The shoe fit true to size and is beautiful but the medallions on the leather strap across the toe dug into my foot and I could tell were going to leave blisters and raw spots just from walking around in them for a few minutes. Sadly returned.

The height and width of the heal are great for all day wear. The shoes are very attractive. However, the part that goes across the top of the toes/front of foot is pretty uncomfortable. I purchased this shoe in both the gold and white color because I thought they were very cute. Unfortunately, I will be returning both pair as they are too uncomfortable. Note: I do have very low fallen arches. So, it is as if my feet are sliding down the shoe and up against the toe strap. I own other shoes with a similar design, but they are not painfully uncomfortable like these.

The flowers part across the toe would start to irritate if worn for any period of time. Returned.
