Perfect Fit, very comfortable boots. I get a lot of compliments. this is my second pare of Ariat boots. Love them.

I've always worn an 8D in Ariat boots I have several pairs and they always fit perfectly. But when I orders the Ariat Ridin high western boot it seemed like they weren't lasted snug enough, they changed the style last, or they were over stretched idk for sure but I had to fully soak them in water and let them dry a few days so they would snug up. They feel great now and they're very comfortable. My only other concern was when I got them the color of the foot section was noticeably inconsistent, one was darker and had a shine to it and the other had no shine and was lighter colored than the other. I had to use some acetone to even the color out between them but they're still slightly off. I love the color I just wish the color would have been more even and consistent. Over all they are very comfortable.

The boot fits true to size, except the heel of the boot is not as narrow as boots in the past, so the heel of my foot moves more than I'd like.

Nice looking boots, but they fit bad. The toe area is thin and tight on the toes. They arent that comfortable either.

I really appreciate that Ariat produces a B width boot (please expand B widths to the Benchmade line). Purchased this boot in the same size as my other Ariat boots but it was too small. Nothing wrong with the quality of the boot. However, it is disappointing when sizing is inconsistent across the product line when choices are already limited.

These are good quality and fit well but they don't look like they do in the picture. This is the second pair I've ordered that don't look like the original pic. I understand it's not going to look exactly the same but these are much darker and have a more distressed look. The last pair I ordered were much darker than the original pic as well.

Great quality like all Ariat boots. However, the color is not as depicted on pictures. I was expecting a different color and wasn't happy about the redish tones.

Great looking but runs big. I have purchased other boots same size and these run big.

They were discontinued I never ended up getting them

I ordered boots They said it was shipped by a certain time. Then they came back and said, it's not shipped. We'll let you know when it's shipped. All of our representatives is now the 19th. It's still not shirt. No one answers the phone. They say they'll call you back. No one calls you back. There's no chat on the email. It says go to chat. Absolutely. awful customer service. There's no way to cancel my order when I log into my order. I want to cancel it. I'm going elsewhere.

I was very excited to have gotten a pair of these boots during black Friday sale after it was sold out for a few days. I was disappointed to see the color was not remotely close to what was advertised on the site. Debating on sending them back for a different pair, but I will be missing out on the sale prices!

straps ripped first wear. quality has gone down hill over the past two years. own a handful of pairs and until now i've never had a problem. emailed them and tried to call- no response. it's been almost a month
