One of my shoes broke on the first day the straps across the top

I own a pair of HDs that are a size 10 that ran small but I kept them. I recently ordered a new pair so I ordered a size 11 to size up. When I tried them on that are small than the size 10 HDs that I own. So now Ill have to see if a size 12 (the biggest size they have) will fit. I recommend to go to a store if you plan on buying their shoes and I see from their reviews and their FB ads this is a common issue with their sizing. Ill also add that the shoes squeak when walking..pretty annoying.

Did not received them. Sent me the wrong pair.

I haven't received the shoes. I paid through PayPal and couldn't find a tracking number or order number.

Unfortunately, they aren't even close to being totally black, closer to totally Gray! Not as described at all, that's my only gripe. The sizing runs smaller and different from the first pair of size 9 Hey Dude Wendy's. The original pair I bought fit perfectly and true to size. These are supposed to be the same size.
